世安海昇大酒店

The staff were probably the best I have ever had at a hotel. In particular the Concierge desk: Morgan Zhang couldn’t have been more helpful in organising my transport and his colleague Davis Huang was extremely helpful on Morgan’s day off. I would also like to mention Irene at the front desk, who was very patient with all my requests. ||Overall, the hotel is well located. The rooms are good.

工作人员可能是我在酒店遇到过的最好的。特别是礼宾部：摩根·张在组织我的交通方面非常有帮助，他的同事戴维斯·黄在摩根休息日也非常乐于助人。我还要提一下前台的艾琳（Irene），她对我的所有要求都非常耐心。 ||总体来说，酒店位置很好。房间很好。

The Hotel is quite new and is very nicely built. They have a special faucet in the room with distilled water which is Great.||||English is an issue, very few of the staff speak the language and in the 4 restaurants of the hotel it is a challange to order food. Food once server is great.||||The Captains Bar which is part of the hotel but enterence next to hotel - is a great european/german style bar - with "european food". again the language is an issue, but there is one staff member (Conner Kelly) who speaks perfet englich which made it a joy to visit.||||Rooms in same catagory have different sizes - smaller room but with view of the highrises of Pudong, larger rooms with view less interesting views.||||Hotel is not in the turist area - but can be easily reached by taxi within 10 minutes.

这家酒店很新而且建造得非常漂亮。他们的房间里有一个特殊的水龙头，里面有蒸馏水，这很棒。||||英语是一个问题，很少有工作人员会说这种语言，而且在酒店的 4 家餐厅里点餐是一个挑战。 服务员提供的食物很棒。||||船长酒吧是酒店的一部分，但入口就在酒店旁边——是一家很棒的欧洲/德国风格的酒吧——提供“欧洲美食”。 语言又是一个问题，但有一位工作人员（康纳·凯利）会说一口完美的英语，这让参观很愉快。||||同一类别的房间大小不同 - 房间较小，但可以看到高层建筑浦东，房间较大，景观较少。||||酒店不在旅游区，但乘坐出租车 10 分钟内即可轻松抵达。

住的是海景房，风景也是蛮好的，因为这家店的靠大海的，位置我感觉还不错，它的楼层比较高，晚上的夜景也很不错，四周也不会很吵闹。感觉也很舒服。而且酒店也比较方便，交通也很好，它的路很宽。最主要的是酒店的价格比较便宜，才两百多块钱。就是房间的设施有点老，装修不是太新，但是我感觉色调各方面还是蛮温馨的，而且它有落地窗，是全景的。酒店的卫生方面也不错。感觉这边是物超所值了。

靠近海边的酒店，房间比较大，放两张床、还觉得空间比较大，再就是里面的硬件设施比较齐全，比喻说网线、电脑都有，装修风格也比较时尚，壁画都有，而且在床头还放了一个像是水晶的装修品。服务还可以、比喻说我们几个同事去了，差两瓶水就打个电话给他们，马上就送上来了，还比较快。

通过艺龙订房并如约于8月9日入住并告知艺龙预订，入住登记单右上方酒店前台服务员还注明艺龙，并刷信用卡按照艺龙价格付费，可10日居然收到艺龙短信说是本人“未入住”，电话联系艺龙，艺龙客服说这是该酒店反馈的信息。呜呼！有如此“大兴”的大酒店啊。胸闷！意见通过艺龙反馈给该大酒店并留下本人联系方式，可是还没有收到片言只语的答复。拭目以待他们责任心的建立。

非常的干净，舒适给人家的感觉，让人住的放心。适合家庭度假，可以享受下安静的环境。非常合理，很多东西都很实用，设计也很人性化。

Un hotel excelente con una acomodación, espacios y servicios dignos de su categoría . Ha sido premiado los últimos cuatro años por la guía Michelín. El detalle para expresar nuestro disgusto es la poca vista de los empleados que no valoran el entorno, en la actualidad existe una construcción anexa al hotel que trabaja durante las 24 horas. En las habitaciones de ese lado del edificio no se puede dormir por el excesivo ruido nocturno. Asignar las habitaciones al otro lado del hotel sería la solución.

一家出色的酒店，住宿、空间和服务均与同类酒店相称。它已连续四年获得米其林指南颁发的奖项。表达我们不满的细节是员工不重视环境的恶劣态度，目前酒店有一个24小时工作的附属建筑。在大楼那一侧的房间里，由于晚上噪音太大，你无法入睡。将房间分配到酒店的另一侧将是解决方案。

Me aloje en Agosto 2015 por Negocios. La Habitacion es muy buena, la cama muy comoda. Tenes para hacerte cafe en la habitacion, Caja de Seguridad. El armario cumple ahi (Nunca uses la plancha, queme una camisa!) Baño comodo y amplilo. Los ventanales son grandes y permiten mucha luz. Television como en China, con canales chinos y solo CNN en ingles. No use la pileta, ni el desayuno. En la recepcion no manejan todos muy bien el Ingles, por suerte a mi llegada me paso a buscar mi Agente Chino que pudo comunicarse para que pueda hacer el check in. Esta a 15' de caminata del Bund, es seguro caminar de noche lo hice las 6 noches a distinto horario sin problemas.

我于 2015 年 8 月因商务原因入住。房间很好，床很舒服。你必须在房间里煮咖啡，安全。衣柜就在那里（切勿使用熨斗，它会烧坏衬衫！） 舒适宽敞的浴室。窗户很大，光线充足。电视就像中国一样，有中文频道，只有英文版的 CNN。不要使用游泳池或早餐。在接待处，并不是每个人都说得很好，幸运的是，当我到达时，我接了我的中国代理人，他能够沟通，这样我就可以办理入住。距离外滩步行15分钟，晚上步行很安全，我在不同时间走了6个晚上，没有出现任何问题。
