Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have been into, nice place, very clean, excellent staff and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there, hope I can come one more time soon.

酒店环境干净，房间布局完美，优雅中不失情调，服务周到，让人感觉很舒服。给我一种家的感觉，从大到小，无可挑剔，价格合理。五星好评性价比最高各方面都不错位置很好服务贴心非常赞环境卫生都很好，蛮不错，上海的特色菜啊都有。酒店很好，总体很满意。房间够大。明亮服务周到。工作人员态度好，以后还会入住。

Housekeeping manager Betty is very good and always goes out of her way to help with any problems.. she always shows up as a savior when it comes to sorting out any of my language barriers problems.. always makes me feel the staff is here to make me feel at home

酒店服务人员和蔼可亲，服务细心有耐心。酒店设施也很完善房间环境令人舒适，有家的温馨感。这里有中餐和西餐可供选择，饭菜可口，食材新鲜有保障。

Hotel is great. Rooms are big. I liked the gym but pool has a bit rules and regulations Staff doesn’t speak English and hotel has international guests They served me wrong food because of that 😐 Buffet is nice.

酒店很棒。房间很大。我喜欢健身房，但游泳池有一些规则和规定 工作人员不会说英语，酒店有国际客人 因此他们给我提供了错误的食物😐 自助餐很不错。

酒店很好，非常亲切贴心服务很到位，工作人员也都很亲切。卫生环境很好，没有虫子，也不见杂物垃圾相爱地面上。房间的隔音也很好，晚上睡觉的时候很舒适。

this was a lovely hotel! highly recommended as the service & staff were amazing. we stayed there for a sports event & every need was catered for. it was a great hotel & if we come back for holiday, will definitely stay here. loved the robot that delivered ice to our room!!

非常好，酒店基础设施齐全。中餐厅粤菜为主，甜品很精致。菜品摆拍精致，有自己的特色菜品，包间宽敞，装修设计很大气，漂亮。
