The hotel didn't have heating. And it was very cold, even colder than outside. When I asked for a heater at the reception, it didn't turn out, but they changed the room, which is on the sunny side, and it was much warmer, thank you for that

We watch the acrobatic show and it was finished late.walking distance only from the circus area.Good Location. Front desk staffs are accommodating. There was a good pub at the hotel as well. Wil come back for the next show. Price is affordable.

我们看杂技表演，很晚才结束。距离马戏区仅步行距离。位置很好。前台工作人员很热情。酒店里还有一家不错的酒吧。下一场演出将回来。价格实惠。

308隔音很差，整晚隔壁房的大人在喊小孩子要脫衣服洗走，大半夜的真的讓人生氣。早餐一般。有一天喝到紅茶裡面都是渣，很傻眼。人員是很貼心會要你注意台階。廁所設計有點奇怪，很多扶把，但反而很容易手肘撞到，衛生紙捲筒位置，也放的離手邊很遠，要整個轉過身才能抽到，不知道為什麼這樣設計。

因訂房有點狀況，導致每天住不同房型。最後在跟櫃檯人員協助下，調整成同一房間不用換。有先跟他說很怕吵，希望避免安排電梯附近房間，誰知道，安排這個房間居然是跟隔壁房還有個連通門的房間，然後隔音非常差，甚至床頭後方是整個大樓所有空調的室外機安置位置，可想而知，整晚都有機器運轉聲，時不時還有樓上的房間馬桶蓋落下的聲音。住的很難受。白天在外面忙，也沒時間機會調整房間。這房間是308，大家可以避免這件，真的很糟心⋯。

一樓大廳很舒適，隔壁有瑞幸咖啡。白天停車場停的亂七八糟，晚上就清空。有一天下雨，到櫃檯借了一把傘，然後說要押金五十元，我給他100元鈔票，結果完全沒要找我50的意思，也不寫收據。我也不知道這是什麼SOP。？？？？？

Location: good. Located near a Line 1 metro station. Extremely bear the Amazing Shanghai Circus and a shopping mall with good shops and restaurants.||Service: not as hospitable as in other hotels in China. However, reception, cleaning and waiters are fast to respond.||Breakfast: for chinese style of breakfast is OK but for western style is poor and limited. Coffee was not good.||Lobby: poor and small. ||Room: for twin beds it was big enough with three chairs and 2 tables. Clean bed sheets and comfy mattress. TV had english, Spanish, arabic, russian speaking channels. Toilet was small, shower was easy to operate and with hot water and good pressure.

地点：不错。位于地铁一号线站附近。非常难以忍受上海马戏团和购物中心，里面有很好的商店和餐馆。||服务：不像中国其他酒店那么热情好客。不过接待、清洁、服务员的反应都很快。 ||早餐：中式早餐还可以，西式早餐就很差而且有限。咖啡不好。||大堂：简陋且小。 ||房间：对于两张单人床来说足够大了，有三把椅子和两张桌子。干净的床单和舒适的床垫。电视有英语、西班牙语、阿拉伯语、俄语频道。厕所很小，淋浴很容易操作，有热水，水压也很好。

The hotel has a good location in Shanghai. The lobby is nice, clear, chinese luxurious and the staff speaks fluent english. My room was in 13th floor and it was confortable. The bed was good and i got a confortable rest. TV was a 20 inch CRT, CCTV chinese channels, including english, russian, french and spanish versions. 3 phones, located in a desk, beside bed and in the bathroomthe phone (for calling reception, room service, etc.) doesn't work. Preprogrammed buttons on Internet connection was not so fast, but works ok (by cable, no wifi). The bathroom was a bit little. No bath courtesy kit was included (must pay for it). The bath has a construction defect that makes the shower leak water on the floor running along the walls. Breakfast was nice, served on the cafe at the lobby. As in other chinese hotels, always short of tables for guests, at 8.20am is a good time for taking breakfast with privacy. These is a store with chinese handcrafts at good price. Close the hotel is located a subway station, some 24hs stores and the Shanghai Circus Theatre.

酒店位于上海的优越位置。大堂漂亮、干净、中式豪华，工作人员英语说得一口流利。我的房间在13楼，很舒服。床很好，我得到了舒适的休息。电视是20寸显像管，中央电视台中文频道，包括英语、俄语、法语和西班牙语版本。 3部电话，分别位于桌子上、床边和浴室内。电话（用于呼叫前台、客房服务等）无法使用。互联网连接上的预编程按钮不是那么快，但工作正常（通过电缆，没有 WiFi）。浴室有点小。不包括沐浴礼遇套件（必须付费）。浴缸有一个结构缺陷，导致淋浴间沿着墙壁的地板漏水。早餐很美味，在大堂的咖啡厅供应。和其他中国酒店一样，总是没有足够的客人，早上 8.20 是私密地享用早餐的好时机。这是一家价格实惠的中国手工艺品商店。酒店附近有地铁站、一些 24 小时营业的商店和上海马戏剧院。

The hotel's location is definitely is good one. Lots of places to go, to see and to explore. Can't get hungry with so many small and medium sized restaurants around. The bed sheets must be changed everytime a guest checks out as it smell of cigarette. Buffet breakfast is so so, very limited and not so outstanding. The lobby is grand and very spacious. The room is value for money, worth the stay.

酒店的位置绝对是好之一。 有很多地方可以去、可以看、可以探索。 周围这么多中小型餐馆，根本不会饿。每次客人退房时都必须更换床单，因为床单有烟味。自助早餐一般般，非常有限，而且不是那么出色。 大堂非常宏伟而且非常宽敞。房间性价比很高，值得入住。
