大堂及前台職員服務殷勤，第一時間幫忙運送行李，快速、細心辦理入住手續，送果盤到房間。早餐味道一般，我在等咖啡机溜出咖啡時，侍應說會把咖啡送到我的枱號，我便不用等候。

非常復古，喜歡復古的人可以選擇，想選擇平價一點的飯店可以選擇，走的路稍微多一點而已，是比較幽靜的環境，建議先買好自己喜歡的吃的的喝的去飯店比較不怕萬一肚子餓。

房間及浴室很大，整體住起來很舒服，還招待水果，且有浴缸可以泡澡，但淋浴空間比較小，且水量有點小。早餐採自助式的，選擇非常多樣化。

The hotel looks very grand - it could do with a few minor repairs and a bit of a clean in places (mainly carpets) but it was lovely to look around and very spacious. We came in winter, so the pool was closed but there was no notice if this when we booked - it should have been mentioned, to save my daughter’s disappoin**ent. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the towels were clean and we got a plate of fruit each day. The room carpets would benefit from a proper clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely and there was a great choice of food at breakfast. The Kid’s Zone was fun but needed a good clean too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall, we had a lovely time.

Nice suite for a quiet & restful stay in Zhujiajiao. Close to the city & subway. Enjoyable environment. The hotel itself lacks service for a 5 star hotel: few space for breakfast - don’t come before 9h30 am, no room service besides the room service list, no real restaurant - for food, take kuaidi, no convenience store. Difficult to manage communication in English. Ambient temperature was 13.5 deg C in the room when we arrived ; managed to bring it to normal indoor temperature on the 2nd day. Extra bed was an old convertible sofa. Our daughter slept on the floor which was more comfortable. Overall ok but not up to the level for such hotel type.

漂亮的套房，让您在朱家角享受安静而宁静的住宿。靠近城市和地铁。令人愉快的环境。酒店本身缺乏五星级酒店的服务：吃早餐的空间很少——早上9点30分之前不要来，除了客房服务清单外没有客房服务，没有真正的餐厅——吃饭可以走快的，没有便利店。很难用英语进行沟通。我们到达时房间环境温度为13.5℃；第二天就设法将其恢复到正常室内温度。加床是一张旧的折叠沙发。我们的女儿睡在地板上更舒服。总体还可以，但达不到此类酒店的水平。

We loved our 5 weeks stay here 🤗 The staff , room , breakfast , foyer and location were amazing . Thank you Royal Tulip -we will always stay here if we are working with the China National Swimming Team in Zhujiajiao .

It was a company training session that brought me to this hotel. Walkable to Zhujiajiao Ancient/New Town, it is quiet, green and refreshing. The hall is huge and the staff try their best to help you ( if inly they can speak better english then that would be a bonus). Also, some of the cleaning ladies can't answer your questions so best to ask at the front desk. Room is on the first floor in this C shaped building. Very secure since you need your card to swipe in and out. Those who live higher up can take the elevators ( just a bit too small). Room is very clean and the beds are wonderfully comfortable- the curtains are thick so it was a good night's sleep. Clean rooms, the usuals provided and nice entertainment area. The gym is a tad small located on level two in the same room as the swimming pool ( not linked with the hotel). Once again, despite loving swimming, I had another allergic reaction- to the chlorine level in the water. Nice facilities and great food- their business meeting rooms are also good. DO NOT BUT swimming costumes or snacks in the hotel since as usual, they are 4 times the price of those in Zhujiajiao. Great showers and overall, a nice night

Really nice grounds, only a 10 minute walk from Zhujiajiao old town, comfy bed, clean bathroom and they brought us a fruit platter too! Although there was a good selection of breakfast, a lot of it was cold. There was a school trip here so it would have been good if they had them in a separate room at breakfast time, as their noise and their teachers shouting didn’t make for much of a relaxing morning.
