上海宝华万豪酒店

The hotel is located strategically with close proximity to major destinations. There is a big park which is within walking distance to the hotel.||The hotel is spacious either in its common facilities or in the room. Its staff are well trained and provided superior customer service.||The spread and quality of its buffet breakfast is impressive. Its Executive Lounge is well designed though its seating capacity is not high. The staff namely Vicky at the Executive Lounge is super-professional with a great heart to serve, she deserves the respect and credit.||The only complaint during my stay was that some of the staff at the breakfast restaurant hardly smile particularly the male employees, which discounted the customer experience rating.

Delightful staying experience, the room is spacious and clean, the restaurant for breakfast is also nice. The staff in the check in/ out counter may need to improve since it wasted me lots of time to get the room and also get the receipt.||The view from the room is nice and can feel spring is coming. |Overall staying experience is great.

I stayed at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Parkview in November 2023. During my stay, I utilized the in-room safe to secure four envelopes of cash. Upon check-out, I discovered that each envelope was missing one bill, resulting in a total loss of $230 USD. Despite me bringing this matter to the attention of the hotel staff, my attempts to resolve the issue were met with unhelpful responses. ||||The hotel provided me with data records of the safe opening history in the room, but the records they provided showed that the safe had only been opened AFTER I had already checked out of the hotel, which was irrelevant information. The records did not show my own usage of the safe during my stay. The hotel did not provide any further explanation for this and closed the investigation. This left me questioning the validity and accuracy of the document they provided, as well as Marriott’s commitment to guest security and transparency. ||||In light of this experience, I advise fellow travelers to exercise caution if choosing to stay at this hotel. DO NOT rely on the in-room safe for securing cash and valuables at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Parkview. ||||It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary note for future guests and prompts the hotel to address the concerns raised regarding the security of the hotel.||||我在23年11月入住上海宝华万豪酒店，入住期间使用客房保险箱，存放了四个装有现金的信封。但退房之后，发现每个信封内的纸币都少了一张，共计损失230美元。我随后联系了宝华万豪，但酒店工作人员的调查结果疑点重重（疑点详情见下文），答复也很敷衍，明显违背了万豪酒店对客房安全和透明度的承诺。||||鉴于本人的经历，我建议其他旅客在选择入住宝华万豪时谨慎三思。最好**不要**使用酒店的客房保险箱存放现金和贵重物品。也希望酒店方面能重视客房的安全问题，杜绝类似事件再次发生。||||疑点1：投诉之后，酒店调取了保险箱的使用记录，但历史记录显示的第一次使用时间是在我退房之后。这个明显不符合事实情况，因为在我入住期间是用过保险箱的。但酒店以这个不准确的记录为依据，结束了调查。

来过两次了，酒店很新，金卡也送了水果，房间做了parkview的upgrade，酒店在上海的万豪系里算是优秀的了！退房的时候接待我的值班经理Cythera服务十分热情，标准！类似的服务我只在丽思见过，真的很棒！给她点赞！

We stayed here ovenight for my daughter's birthday and they are all accommodating. There was the problem in our room so they offered us to move but since there is 1 kingbed instead of 2 double beds 😂. Since there is no double room avail they gave us upgrade (to avoid moving to other room tge second time). All nice and approachable overall despite the hassle 🥴

我们在这里住了一晚庆祝我女儿的生日，他们都很随和。我们的房间有问题，所以他们建议我们搬家，但因为只有 1 张特大床，而不是 2 张双人床 😂。由于没有双人房，他们给我们升级了房间（以避免第二次搬到其他房间）。尽管有麻烦，但总体来说一切都很好和平易近人🥴

经常在贵酒店商务开会，入住贵酒店印象一直非常好，交通便捷，行车四通八达。从doorman到前台，再到housekeeping，最后到礼宾部，服务态度都特别和蔼可亲、彬彬有礼，真正让客人感觉到宾至如归的感觉！ 尤其是礼宾部Freddy先生，对客人收发行李、介绍周边特色美食，对住店客人提供贴心周到的服务，我们商务客人都表示啧啧称赞！

卫生：大體是乾淨的，就是浴缸看起來沒洗乾淨，感覺不衛生環境：有點舊，感覺是老飯店改造的，裝潢也很老土。一進去還有怪味，空氣也一般。但是遮光還不錯，也沒有噪音。設施：浴室設施不錯，但是房間的電視畫質超級差，音質也是。服務：入住也沒有人幫忙拿行李，上樓也沒有。這個性價比不高，不推薦～早餐倒是還不錯。
