上海花园饭店（北门）

I recently stayed at the Garden Hotel Shanghai and was utterly disappointed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment does not live up to its reputation. First and foremost, the facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms were dingy, with peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. The air conditioning was barely functional, making the room uncomfortably hot. The so-called "luxury" amenities were a joke – the pool was dirty, and the gym equipment was broken and rusty. However, what truly made my stay unbearable was the appalling level of service. The staff displayed a blatant bias in their treatment of guests. It was evident that white guests received preferential treatment, while Asians and black guests were treated with indifference and, at times, outright hostility. Simple requests were ignored unless repeatedly brought up, and only after numerous complaints did we receive the basic services that should be standard in any hotel. I was shocked and disheartened by the discriminatory practices at this hotel. It's unacceptable in this day and age for such behavior to be tolerated. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at the Garden Hotel to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels where guests are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Avoid this place at all costs.

我最近住在上海花园酒店，对整个体验感到非常失望。从我到达的那一刻起，很明显这家酒店名不副实。 首先，设施陈旧且维护不善。房间很脏，墙纸剥落，地毯也有污渍。空调几乎不起作用，让房间闷热得不舒服。所谓的“豪华”设施就是个笑话——游泳池很脏，健身器材又坏又生锈。 然而，真正让我的住宿难以忍受的是令人震惊的服务水平。工作人员在对待客人方面表现出公然的偏见。很明显，白人客人受到了优惠待遇，而亚洲人和黑人客人则受到冷漠对待，有时甚至是公然敌意。简单的要求除非反复提出，否则都会被忽略，只有在无数次投诉后，我们才得到了任何酒店应有的基本服务标准。 我对这家酒店的歧视性做法感到震惊和沮丧。在当今时代，容忍这种行为是不可接受的。我强烈建议任何考虑入住花园酒店的人去其他地方看看。还有很多其他酒店的客人受到应有的尊重和尊严。不惜一切代价避开这个地方。

昔泊まりましたが、ロビーは荘厳な趣きでトイレ等も整備されて、フロントの対応（変圧器を借りた）も良かった記憶が有ります。20年位前ですが まだ東方明珠の周辺に高層ビルはほとんどなかった時代です。

很久以前住过那里，记得大堂很气派，卫生间设施齐全，前台也很负责（借了变压器）。大约20年前 当时东方明珠周围几乎没有高楼大厦。
