Air conditioning temperature not turned on or set too high, the room felt hot. Cigarette smoke smell. Room light too dim.Plus is very good location to People’s Square and Nanjing Road.

空调温度没有打开或设置太高，房间感觉很热。香烟烟雾味。房间光线太暗。加上位置很好，去人民广场和南京路。

Hotel is just right across the metro, good location. Breakfast quality was excellent for families - fried rice, porridge in the morning. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly too.

酒店就在地铁对面，位置很好。早餐质量非常适合家庭——早上有炒饭、粥。酒店的工作人员也很乐于助人而且友好。

location is very good, it is along part of Nanjing West Roadbut my room is right next to the "servicing catering" room, very noisy in the nighthotel is conventional with old days luxurious style

Upon our arrival, the carpet inside the room is so filthy i’ve seen so many hairs and dirt around. You can hear the banging of the doors of the rooms beside our room. They served the same food during breakfast with few options, so better just to eat somewhere else instead. A very old building without any amenities, our room level requires to go down and up on the stairs. (Weird right haha!) so difficult if you have so many luggages like us.Location wise, is so near to metro and malls.Overall, my rating is 2/5. Will i stay here again if i come back here in shanghai? Definitely, NO!I just need a clean and quiet room.

我们到达后，房间内的地毯很脏，我看到周围有很多毛发和污垢。你可以听到我们房间旁边房间门的敲击声。他们在早餐期间提供相同的食物，选择很少，所以最好还是去其他地方吃。一栋非常古老的建筑，没有任何便利设施，我们的房间需要爬楼梯上下。 （很奇怪，哈哈！）如果你像我们一样有这么多行李，那就太困难了。位置明智，离地铁和购物中心很近。总的来说，我的评分是 2/5。如果我回到上海，我会再次留在这里吗？绝对不！我只需要一个干净、安静的房间。

Good place to stay, the hotel attendant didnt vacuum the room. The old man security duty at night is very nice and accomodating.

住宿的好地方，酒店服务员没有用吸尘器打扫房间。晚上值班的保安老人非常友善和乐于助人。

The location was excellent with many local food around the corner. It is a historic hotel but amenities is obviously lacking. There is no climate control. We are wearing t-shirts and shorts in room otherwise the heat is unbearable. The cleanliness is acceptable for the areas that are usually accessible. However for other areas, there will be dust and dirt, which is difficult for sensitive sinus sufferers.

Medium good hotel. Standard service. Very good location. The room would be ok if it weren't for the fact that the ventilation is unacceptably noisy, also at night.

Location is fantastic, the hotel is very traditional and pretty. The staff at the reception speaks English. The room is small (but looks like the pictures) and clean and has everything you need-although everything is old. The shower isn't great but is alright. The windows look out to a wall but if you're not in the room much that's all fine. Breakfast is pretty pricey and not very tasty so I would personally just find a breakfast place outside.

位置很棒，酒店非常传统而且漂亮。接待处的工作人员会讲英语。房间很小（但看起来像图片一样），很干净，有你需要的一切——尽管一切都很旧。淋浴不是很好但是还可以。窗户面向墙壁，但如果您不常在房间里也没关系。早餐相当昂贵而且不是很好吃所以我个人会在外面找个吃早餐的地方。
