The hotel is really beautiful both on the inside, and the outside. The beds are very clean and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day. In the mornings, during the breakfast, there are a lot of people, which sometimes made it very difficult to find a place to eat. The location of the hotel is perfect, the metro is a minute a way on foot which makes travelling anywhere very convenient

We chose to stay at the park hotel on our 5-day trip to Shanghai because it would be an excellent representation of this city's history, and the location also made it extremely convenient for walking around the central area. It was also connected by the Shanghai metro line 2 just across the road, which added to the convenient location. The rooms were well fitted, and were overall pretty comfortable. However it did show its age a bit on some of the furniture. The size of the rooms were adequate, and made the stay cozy if not a little bit stuffy. Overall, the park hotel is a great choice for travellers that dash around the city, as opposed to some which offer more ammenities and are better for longer hotel stays. We had a great and comfortable experience here.

The hotel is located at the middle of Nanjing Road, the "main street" of Shanghai, so I could visit the spectacular business centers along the street readily. There are 3 subway lines go through the subway station across the street, so it is easy to go to many other shopping centers of the city. I checked in on 3/17/2024 and out on 3/20/2024 and stayed in Room 1215. The room was nicely arranged, and the bed was comfortable. The sick curtain of the window blocked the light so well that the room was dark even when the sunlight was shining on the window. The staffs were polite. The lady in charge of the 12th floor (巫红霞）was warm and always ready to help. When I left the hotel in the morning on 3/20/2024, the young greeter at the doorway voluntarily helped me to carry my heavy luggage down 2 levels of stairs. I thanked him only; I did not read his name or tip him because I was in a hurry to run to the airport.

酒店位于上海的“主街”南京路中段，因此我可以轻松游览沿街壮观的商业中心。街对面的地铁站有3条地铁线路经过，方便前往市内许多其他购物中心。我于2024年3月17日入住，2024年3月20日退房，住在1215房间。房间布置得很好，床很舒服。病态的窗帘挡住了光线，即使阳光照在窗户上，房间也很暗。工作人员很有礼貌。 12楼的负责人（巫红霞）很热情，随时准备提供帮助。2024年3月20日早上离开酒店时，门口的年轻迎宾员主动帮我把沉重的行李搬下来2我只是感谢他；我没有念他的名字，也没有给他小费，因为我急着去机场。

Great location from the metro station, cross the street and the station is 3 minutes or less. Great places to eat nearby, lots of local places to eat. Mall is within 5 minutes walking. Rooms are large enough for a traveler, great bathroom with Japanese toilet seat. Excellent breakfast every morning. Would stay here gain.

位置优越，距地铁站仅 3 分钟或更短时间，过马路即可到达车站。 附近有很多吃饭的地方，很多当地的吃饭的地方。 步行5分钟即可到达购物中心。房间对于旅客来说足够大，浴室很棒，配有日式马桶座圈。 每天早上的早餐都很棒。 住在这里会有所收获。

Very nostalgic feel with significant historic value as the Old Shanghai City Centre Point location. Rooms are neat and clean. The dated design is likely to conserve the hotel heritage past 😅 Near the People Park Metro station and easy to move around.

非常怀旧的感觉，作为老上海城市中心点的位置，具有重要的历史价值。 房间整洁干净。过时的设计可能会保留过去的酒店遗产😅 靠近人民公园地铁站，出行方便。

地理位置極佳，出酒店就有地鐵口，也有公交車去北外灘，太方便了。省了不少體力活。從標準大床房換到高級大床房，標準房是比較小，這高級房就比較合適了，放下行李箱也還有很多空間，住起來比較舒適。比起標準房，這個房就沒有智能馬桶🤣。其他設施都近似。定的預售套餐，送的茶點很精緻，還有蝴蝶酥，不用排隊也能嘗。問過酒店，可以訂蝴蝶酥禮盒，可以直接送房間，只有一個規格，要兩百多一盒吧，裡面好像有六七小袋。晚上沒人的時候，我們可以盡情拍拍拍照片。第二日要回家了，試了酒店的早餐，感覺挺不錯的。可以的話建議加早餐。

酒店的服务真的让我印象深刻！需特別表揚12樓收拾房間的巫阿姨，服務態度非常好，住了三天每天都幫我收拾得非常乾淨，住起来非常舒适。前台的工作人员态度热情，总的来说，这次入住体验非常愉快，下次还会选择这家酒店！

Pros: The location is perfect for tourists. The subway station (Line 2, Exit 9) is directly opposite the hotel's entrance. Near West Nanjing Road, walking distance to the Bund. The rooms are beautiful and elegant. Breakfast has a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. Cons: No wheelchair access/ramp. Lots of steps to carry up luggage to the entrance. Doorman was not nearby when we arrived, but did help to carry luggage when we left. Service is quick but not friendly. I did not see one smile from any staff member during all the time we were at the hotel. All in all a good hotel for the price range, and I would stay there again.

优点：该位置非常适合游客。地铁站（2号线，9号出口）就位于酒店入口对面。靠近南京西路，步行即可到达外滩。房间美丽而优雅。早餐有西式和中式菜肴，品种丰富。缺点：没有轮椅通道/坡道。搬行李到入口需要走很多台阶。我们到达时门童不在附近，但在我们离开时帮助搬运行李。服务很快但不友好。我们在酒店的整个时间里，我没有看到任何工作人员微笑。总而言之，对于这个价格范围来说，这是一家不错的酒店，我会再次住在那里。
