和平饭店

这次在和平饭店的居住体验相当不错，过来和爱人一起度过了一段美好的时光。酒店精心布置准备了房间，工作人员的服务热情且专业。到酒店的9楼露台打卡拍照了，相当出片。参观了酒店的博物馆，了解品味了酒店的历史。可惜这次在上海的停留时间比较短，希望下次来还能在和平饭店度过一段令人期待的时光。

At this great historical hotel, the standard of concierge service was exceptional. The location is unbeatable. Justin Z of the concierge desk represented such a high standard of services.|We booked for two nights and had a parcel containing scissors which were not allowed to be carried on highspeed train, to be couriered from Hangzhou Highspeed Train Station to Peace Hotel, Shanghai. |We approached the Concierge Desk in the morning and was assisted by Justin. Justin was extremely helpful and tried to contact the security team at Hangzhou. He even did internet searches for other contact numbers but no one answered the various calls. We left Justin to follow up while we went about enjoying Shanghai.|On our return, we received a message saying that he managed to locate the parcel at the railway station storeroom and had arranged for an express courier to pick up the parcel and deliver to Peace hotel. The parcel should arrive in morning, but he could not be sure if the parcel would arrive by the time we checked out to catch our flight at noon.|To our delight on the next morning, Justin saw us when we were on our way to breakfast and told us that our parcel had arrived. What an incredible level of service! He had even paid for the courier service from his account and we gladly reimbursed him. He further organized for our trip to the airport. |This level of service truly represents the golden keys worn by all Fairmont concierge staff.|We also had great service from everyone at the hotel and the room was immaculate. The level of service at the Chinese restaurant was slightly below the rest of the hotel though. Jazz Bar was very good. We will be back.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was very welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. In particular, I would like to commend Ms. Farida for her exceptional service. All the stuff of hotel was, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly made a difference in my overall experience. Thank you for having such a dedicated and capable team member. My wife and I were in Shanghai for a few days before going on to Hangzhou for a medical conference. We stayed at the Peace Hotel, and I so happy we did. The atmosphere is incredible and authentic to its Art Deco-era beginnings. The staff had excellent English and were very helpful. We went to the Jazz Club one evening, which was a treat. I would go back there anytime I have a chance to get back to Shanghai.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is very convenient. The beds are quite comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Sunday afternoon tea at the Jasmine Lounge. The tea dance was a very special experience.||Since the hotel is located on the well-known Nanjing Road, there is always a large crowd, especially at night. So one needs to be cautious when traveling at night.

Fantastic stay at Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai. Heard so much great things about this hotel, definitely your best choice when you travelling to Shanghai, especially reception and concierge service really blows you away. 5 thumbs up for a 5 Star luxury hotel.

The staff are accommodating, nice, and professional. The location is very convenient which is near the harbour. Beautiful to see from the outside. The room is very classic in Chinese tradition and culture. The beds are quite comfortable but the pillows are quite soft. Overall is good.

The spacious room was impressive, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Their genuine care for customers was evident, and it was clear they took pride in working at this historic hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was personally escorted to the lift, and upon reaching my floor, another staff member guided me to my room. This level of service wasn't motivated by tips; it was driven by a sincere desire to ensure comfort. While the hotel isn't inexpensive, it's worth every penny spent.
