第一晚入住的房间淋浴室里的去水道倒塞了，沖凉時水涌出流經中間洗漱盥再邁進廁所內，使道滿了水令人措手不及，店主明知道未修好仍让我们入住，令我們驚雅。本想轉往其他房間，管家卻說因當晚住滿了只能第二天給換家庭房。雖然管家態度的良好，但離開時管家未有任何友好表示，讓我們極為不滿。我不推薦入住。

我們一家三口租住這個客棧，首先，最重要的，小朋友住得非常開心。老婆亦喜歡這個房間的位置，舒適度及乾淨程度亦10分滿意👍這個客棧位置在中心點，去邊度都好方便！所有店員、店主，非常平易近人👍👍👍所有設施，包括交通、行李運輸、參加本地團，全部都不用我們費心，店主都幫我們安排好，再次感謝店主及店員的熱情招待🙏🏻

這是個很有納西民族建築文化感覺的小酒店。我自巳非常喜歡。店在古城正中點。遊玩和吃東西都非常方便。但要知道不能有古城駕車。從古城北門步行十分鐘左右。

客棧就在古城的網红櫻花歺厅和其他網紅熱點就是在這附近，打卡拍照非常非常的方便！下次來丽江玩還是住這裡！

客棧古色古香有特色，位處古城中心，但旺中帶靜。負責人熱心助人，給予客人很好的食肆推介，亦能迅速回應客人的詢問或要求，服務甚佳。

老闆熱情親切招呼喝茶聊天，幫忙提行李。床好睡，晚上安靜，早餐白粥饅頭醃製菜加白煮蛋，客棧處古城市中心，到哪兒都方便。

民宿老板非常體貼和熱情，主動接機、安排行程、滿足客人需要、妥善安排交通等等。反正我再去麗江時都會選擇這間民宿

Beautiful location in the ancient city, a little bit of a walk if you have luggage but with maps it's not difficult to find. We found out later normally they call after you book to give directions and pick you up and the closest gate but apparently if you use ctrip in English they said they cannot see your phone # you so maybe ctrip could update that someday😅. A good hotel overall, for the price but I am a little sad, I picked this hotel and room specifically because of the jacuzzi tubs shown in photos and even put in the notes I'd like the room with the bath. When we arrived they had received the note and the man specifically showed us our room had a bath like we requested and I was excited to see it. But that night when I tried there was no water running to the tub😭 I went and talked to the man at the front desk and it was a different man and he just said "oh yeah that room the tub doesn't work" than why did you give me the room specifically with the tub if it doesn't work??😅 But another man said oh I'll have it fixed tomorrow. not ideal but fine. The next day when we got back from our day out I tried the water and it was working so I excitedly filled the tub but...when I went to turn on the jets, nothing😭 I didn't dare go and complain again about I was pretty disappointed, but something was better than nothing😅 So don't pick this hotel specifically for the tub like I did and you'll be fine, it's clean comfortable and the price is right. The owners and workers are all super friendly so I can't bring myself to leave a bad review but I suggest you get that fixed and it'll be a big selling point. I know I'll come stay every time I'm in lijiang if you get it fixed😁 酒店蛮好的，但是照片有点辜负。我选的房间就是因为有浴缸，到时候老板说我们看的你要泡澡所以我们给你这个房间，我很兴奋。但是晚上我去泡就没水[Facepalm] 我去问一问另外一个男的他说“对，那边浴缸不能用” 哪你为什么给我这个房间呢[Facepalm] 我让我老公找老板他说明天我找人修。好的，不是最好但是我不要无理。那天我们回来了我很期待我的泡澡，回来试试就有水但是浴缸满的时候我就要开了按摩的东西还是坏了[Facepalm] 不是很大的事但是我选的这个酒店还有那个房间就是为了按摩泡澡。老板们都对我们挺好的所以我不会给个差评但是对这个事我就是有点难受。老板你好好修浴缸我就每次来丽江在你住[Chuckle]
