上午退房，中午還可以寄存行李，好讓我暢遊麗江古城。性價比極高，還給我升級了套房。特別感謝前台的姐姐，我走的時候，加送了一瓶水，很暖心。

Great value and right next to old town. We enjoyed our stay here and the room had everything we needed! Plenty of restaurants nearby as well.

Arrived early 9am. Check in 12 so returned at 2. Friend and I had booked 2 rooms. Offered a family room. Refused. Friend got room she paid for I did not. My toom had no aircon in the room for sleeping and was too hot. They gave me a fsn. I requested a room with aircon. They said they were fully booked. When I complained to Trip the hotel told the operator that the room did hsve aircon! AVOID this hotel they do not give you the room you booked. See photo of bedroom with no aircon.

早上9点一早到达。 12 点办理入住，所以 2 点返回。我和朋友预订了 2 个房间。提供家庭房。拒绝了。朋友得到了她付钱的房间，而我却没有。我的房间睡觉时没有空调，而且太热了。他们给了我一个 fsn。我要求一间有空调的房间。他们说已经订满了。当我向 Trip 投诉时，酒店告诉接线员，房间里有 hsve 空调！避免选择这家酒店，他们不会为您提供预订的房间。查看没有空调的卧室的照片。

My husband and I went on a Chinese tour for our honeymoon to Yunnan. The tour company booked our hotel for us and advised us they had given us a much better hotel than the rest of the tour group. ||When we arrived we noted the hotel was 4 star rated so we were reasonably pleased with as the last hotel was a little too basic. ||Let me just stay say- after staying at Jiuzhou hotel we were wishing we could stay at the basic hotel! ||||1) The hotel staff were extremely unfriendly and cold ||2) We were still deciding if we would pay to stay there the 2nd night (it was optional) and therefore they quoted us a price which we later learnt was disgustingly high compared to 5 star hotels ||3) When we arrived in the room we discovered the ceiling above the toilet was dripping with water - I only found out when I went to the toilet and got big drips of water on my HEAD. I’m praying it wasn’t sewerage water! ||4) The shower curtain was COVERED in mould ||5) The rest of the bathroom looked dirty ||6) Don’t even get me started on the carpet- there were dark brownish red splatter marks on the carpet. I have no idea if that was old wine or if someone had been murdered in that room. ||7) My husband who is originally from China felt so uncomfortable in this hotel and questioned its cleanliness to the point where he strongly advised me to sleep in my clothes- he didn’t trust the cleaning of the linen and he strongly advised me not to use the towels in case they were also not cleaned professionally - given the cleaning standards we already saw. We had travel towels and used those. ||8) When we went down stairs to ask a question the staff were again EXTREMELY cold and rude. ||9) Breakfast was an absolute joke- we arrived and nearly all of the food was gone. There was a school group in there and hardly anywhere to sit. - Under catered!!||10) By far one of the worst hotels in the world we have ever stayed at ||11) Next day we checked into a hotel recommended by a friend- 5 star, SO clean and much cheaper. Staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. When we arrived in our beautiful room I felt like I could cry. ||12) Hotel Jiuzhou at Minzhu Road, Lijiang is terrible. If you’re a foreigner- DO NOT STAY HERE

This was okay to stay in although the receptionists always seemed disorganized when we needed something. the room was nice. We got a free breakfast due to issues checking in. Breakfast was very basic and poor really considering the 4 star status of this place.
