Jibolong Hotel

The worst service I have ever had from this hotel receptionist. We asked for help to for our large lugagge and the receptionist replied " who to help you?" and " I'm the only person in charge in this hotel". Has the hotel service quality been put at such as stake even the hotel looks grand? This hotel entrance may be a bit hard for big buses to come in. Not sure is our tour buses only but somehow we need to use back door to enter this hotel.

这家酒店接待员的服务是我经历过的最糟糕的。我们请求帮助搬运我们的大件行李，接待员回答说：“谁来帮助你？”以及“我是这家酒店唯一的负责人”。难道酒店看起来很豪华，服务质量也这么重要吗？这个酒店入口对于大型巴士来说可能有点难以进入。不确定是否只是我们的旅游巴士，但不知何故我们需要使用后门进入这家酒店。

Nice clean affordable basic hotel. Don't expect more ;-)

干净整洁、价格实惠的简约型酒店。别期待太多 ;-)
