We were here only for a night and the hotel lived up to the hype of tranquility and with amazing views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.||We booked the mountain view room and got a glimpse of the sunrise hitting the mountain. Room was complete with amenities, buggy service was fast, and the hospitality was great - the staff go out of their way to help you book attractions especially for foreigners with no China phone number. The breakfast was ok but not amazing compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Indonesia.||The hotel is a ways away from the city center (~30 mins) but is enroute to the main attractions like the Jade Dragon & Tiger Leaping Gorge scenic sites. It is also about half a kilometer away from the Shuhe Old Town which makes for a good afternoon stroll and a local meal.||Prices are marked like a 5-star hotel and the Banyan Tree Lijiang does not disappoint.

我们只在这里住了一晚，酒店没有辜负人们所宣传的宁静，还能欣赏到玉龙雪山的壮丽景色。||我们订了山景房，看到了日出照在山上。 房间设施齐全，越野车服务很快，而且热情好客 - 工作人员竭尽全力帮助您预订景点，特别是对于没有中国电话号码的外国人。 早餐还可以，但与泰国和印度尼西亚的同类酒店相比并不令人惊叹。||酒店距离市中心有一段距离（约30分钟），但位于前往玉龙虎跳峡等主要景点的途中。 距束河古城约半公里，适合下午散步和享用当地美食。||价格标得像五星级酒店，丽江悦榕庄不会让人失望。

Had a splendid 3-night stay at Banyan Tree Lijiang with my husband, for my 30th birthday. The hotel was nested in the quiet corner of Lijiang, a 3 min drive or 15 min walk to Shuhezhen, 15 min drive to Baishazhen, 20-30 mins drive from Lijiang Old Town, and right at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain.||Service staff from bellboys, front office, F&B, to back of house staff (housekeepers) were the most pleasant bunch of people, welcoming one at every touch points. Our villa was upgraded upon arrival and the hotel had arranged cake and room decor, knowing it was my birthday. Turn down service was also very nice touch after a long day out touring Lijiang. While one could notice the villa and its amenities were slightly dated, the surrounding view and impeccable service compensated our experience. ||A special mention to Betty and Miki, whom we had the pleasure of having them as our spa therapists. They worked on our taut muscles and we were completely relaxed after our session. That night, we fell asleep like babies on our bed. ||Lijiang and Banyan Tree Lijiang left us in awe, and we can’t wait to be back.

为了庆祝我的 30 岁生日，我和丈夫在丽江悦榕庄度过了愉快的 3 晚。酒店坐落在丽江安静的一角，距束河镇3分钟车程或步行15分钟，距白沙镇15分钟车程，距丽江古城20-30分钟车程，就在玉龙雪山脚下。从服务员、前台、餐饮到后台工作人员（管家）的服务人员都是最令人愉快的一群人，在每个接触点都热情欢迎。我们的别墅在抵达后进行了升级，酒店知道这是我的生日，还安排了蛋糕和房间装饰。经过一整天的丽江之旅后，夜床服务也非常贴心。虽然人们可能会注意到别墅及其设施有点过时，但周围的景色和无可挑剔的服务弥补了我们的体验。 ||特别值得一提的是贝蒂和米基，我们很高兴邀请他们作为我们的水疗治疗师。他们锻炼了我们紧绷的肌肉，训练结束后我们完全放松了。那天晚上，我们像婴儿一样躺在床上睡着了。 ||丽江和丽江悦榕庄让我们惊叹不已，我们迫不及待地想回来。

Great service, especially from Abby who checked us in on 9 July. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, and answered our questions with patience while giving us helpful suggestions on activities and transportation. We were upgraded to a spacious duplex which was a nice surprise. The free costume photo shoot (free 5 photos) was a great experience, and the beautifully touched up photos were so delightful that we ended up buying the additional 10 photos package. Don't miss the small vegetable farm on the hotel grounds which has helpful signs to tell you the names of the plants. Very enjoyable stay!

Absolutely amazing experience for 4 days! Banyan Tree has one of the best service I ever experienced in China. After check in, Elin added our contact information and reached out on daily basis to make sure we had everything we needed. Hotel staffs were always able to go above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Kudos to all of them! The hotel also has stunning view of Yulong mountain and extremely well designed architecture. We pretty much spent most of time in the hotel. I also love the daily gifts provided by the hotel!

We just had a wonderful two nights stay at the beautiful Banyan Tree Ljiang. Arrival was quick, and we received a nice upgrade to a pool Villa. The reception team arranged our trips to the Tiger Leaping Gorge, I for.ed us about Shuhe ancient Town (10' walk) and best entry points to Lijiang old town (8 km away - 20' by taxi / DiDi) |- and recommend a fabulous restaurant for dinner ther: great service on arrival!||Everything was very enjoyable here - good, soft beds, a spacious Villa that is beautifully decorated with tons of amenities, a nice place place to relax in the private garden and of course the beautiful views and architecture all around d the hotel. Don't miss breakfast in view of the snowy mountains behind the hotels own pagoda. Also moving blinds shut our light very well - good to sleep in.||We loved it here, would come back any time

Fantastic service and well maintained facilities even this resorts already been here for some years. Really nothing to complain and if have to be, it is the wine/whiskey list. After a joyful checkin experience, I can't wait to open a red for our lunch but turn out the choice is limited.

這次有幸被升级了入住双卧室山景按摩池別墅，一家人住得十分開心。酒店設施十分整潔，管家Alice服務非常貼心，時刻詢問我們有什麼需要，及安排工程人員前來預熱按摩池，好讓我們享受了一個愉快的假期！酒店白云中菜廳的餐點十分美味，服務員普萍萍及楊佳麗詳細地介紹了不同的雲南佳餚，態度殷勤，給我們賓至如歸的感覺！總括而言，是一個超級捧的體驗，下次一定會重來及再次入住！！
