Looks pretty on the outside, but very VERY dirty on the inside. The floor is super dirty. The rugs looks like it hasn't been washed or vacuumed in months, maybe even years! The shower room leaks water into the rest of the bathroom. I also found hairs in the shower room which I assume belonged to whoever stayed here before us. I also found dirt or stains on the towels. ||The service is total garbage too. They told us that they would carry the small luggages and that we should carry the large ones ourselves up the stairs to our rooms (no elevator). They didn't bother helping the old people carry their luggages either which was huge. They even complained about carrying luggages!||They have a heater... but it's practically useless since it was still cold.||||实在是太脏了! 老人家的行李都不帮搬去房间。 厕所有头发。 毛巾也不干净。暖气也不够暖。 叫他们帮忙搬老人家的行李还说太重， 不帮。他们说他们已经帮我们安排最好的房间了。

我和好朋友一起出来玩定了2个标间，前台十分热情接待了我们，我十分喜欢这个酒店的建筑，区别于其他现代化的酒店，别有一番味道。在古城 游荡了好多天，再也没见过建筑风格那么特别的一家。从雕梁画柱到大幅壁画，在夜晚的灯光下更加富有诗意。在院子里做着喝喝茶聊聊天，这才是旅程。

酒店离古城有一定距离，但不算太远，可步行过去。途中有很多餐馆。酒店的卫生环境很不错，装修也很舒适。早上7.00-9.30包早餐，划算。

外面看起来很漂亮，但里面非常非常脏。地板超级脏。这些地毯看起来好像几个月甚至几年没有清洗或吸尘！淋浴间的水漏到浴室的其他地方。我还在淋浴间发现了头发，我猜这属于我们之前住在这里的人。我还发现毛巾上有污垢或污渍。 这项服务也完全是垃圾。他们告诉我们，他们会搬运小件行李，而我们应该自己把大件行李搬上楼梯到我们的房间（没有电梯）。他们也懒得帮助老人搬运巨大的行李。 他们有一个加热器......但它几乎没有用，因为它仍然很冷。
