I stayed there started from March 25 to 28 morning.There were many hotels in Ruili and Jiegao,but I stayed there due to their high rise building which I can connect to Myanmar mobile network connection.Actually hotel located at prime location with 23 storey high rise building,but their building maintenance and hotel management were very poor indeed. I didn’t found any smile and welcoming from unfriendly front desk receptionist girl during my 3 nights stay.Her face looked like lady soldier from Beijing Red Square marching parade. Their hotel’s actual standard was 4 stars,but their service felt like only one star. My room 1013 was enough space but duct type air condition system and exhaust fan from washing room were not properly working on March 25.Their maintenance service arrived after one day of my complaint was disappointing. According to air conditioning problem,I had opened my windows while sleeping,very hardworking mosquitos arrived into my 10th floor room at that night for their delicious dinner with my blood.Breakfast on March 26 morning was too bad,no coffee & tea provided. Only found cheap condensed milk and hot water for making glass of milk was not matching for 4 stars international hotel status. Only porridge,manhto paotze,1 fried vegetable, 1 fried pork curry,boiled eggs and watermelon slices that all were provided. 3 slices of cake provided on small plate look liked dried and expired. So I removed daily breakfast from there was best decision. There were many restaurants and bakery nearby with reasonable price.Hotel hadn’t bellboys as well. House keeper were not skillful due to appointed after only 3 days training. Everything from hotel were aging,carpet from 20th floor dining was dirty. Every labels were not horizontal (look at my pictures) and many dust on switch boards,mirror and table. So I didn’t found not many guests there. I would not visit there for next time due to many other hotels nearby.

我是从3月25日到28日早上住在那里的。瑞丽和界皋有很多酒店，但我住在那里是因为他们的高层建筑，我可以连接缅甸移动网络。实际上酒店位于黄金地段，有23层高大楼虽然拔地而起，但他们的大楼维护和酒店管理确实很差。在我住的三个晚上里，我没有发现不友好的前台接待女孩有任何微笑和欢迎。她的脸看起来像北京红场阅兵的女军人。他们酒店的实际标准是四星级，但他们的服务感觉只有一星级。我的 1013 房间有足够的空间，但 3 月 25 日，管道式空调系统和洗衣房的排气扇无法正常工作。在我投诉一天后，他们的维修服务到达了，令人失望。由于空调问题，我睡觉时把窗户打开了，那天晚上，非常勤劳的蚊子来到我10楼的房间，用我的血来享用美味的晚餐。3月26日早上的早餐太糟糕了，没有提供咖啡和茶。只发现便宜的炼乳和泡牛奶的热水与四星级国际酒店的地位不符。只提供粥、manhto paotze、1份炒蔬菜、1份炒咖喱猪肉、煮鸡蛋和西瓜片。小盘子上提供的 3 片蛋糕看起来像是干的和过期的。所以我取消了每日早餐，这是最好的决定。附近有很多餐馆和面包店，价格合理。酒店也没有行李员。管家技术不熟练，只经过三天培训就被任命了。酒店的一切都很旧，20楼餐厅的地毯很脏。每个标签都不水平（看我的照片），开关板、镜子和桌子上有很多灰尘。所以我没发现那里的客人不多。由于附近有很多其他酒店，我下次不会去那里。

Excellent location and safe premises. I highly recommend to stay there if you are in business trip or tourism. The only problem is that the English of the receptionist is very poor but they will do anything to help you. One block from the hotel you will find the street food market with delicious local and other Chinese provinces food, I do recommend Seichuan barbecue in sticks....delicious, another delicacy is the different fruit juices you can find in the same street.

优越的地理位置和安全的场所。如果您出差或旅游，我强烈建议您住在那里。唯一的问题是接待员的英语很差但是他们会尽一切努力帮助你。距离酒店一个街区，你会发现街头食品市场，那里有美味的当地和中国其他省份的食物，我强烈推荐川菜烧烤串......美味，另一种美味是你可以在同一条街上找到不同的果汁。
