Overall great stay and good location. I got a free upgrade from the tatami room I booked which was excellent. Reception was also super helpful with my enquiries and needs. Only one small negative was my room still had the smoke smell from previous occupant. Other than that, all good.

总体来说，住宿体验很棒，地理位置也很好。我预订的榻榻米房免费升级了，非常棒。前台也非常乐于解答我的疑问和需求。唯一不足的是，我的房间里还残留着之前住客留下的烟味。除此之外，一切都很好。

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. We booked two rooms, one family room and one standard room. We arrived at about eight in the morning and the front desk staff was nice enough to let us check in right away . And we were able to get breakfast right after checking in. After about 20 hours long flight, we were very appreciative that we were able to grab some food and rest in our clean rooms.The location is walking distance to 翠湖. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。我们预订了两间房，一间家庭房和一间标准房。我们早上八点左右到达，前台工作人员非常友好，让我们立即办理了入住手续。入住后，我们很快就享用了早餐。经过大约20个小时的长途飞行，我们非常感激能够在干净的房间里吃点东西并休息。酒店位置步行即可到达翠湖，环境优美安静。
