I had an excellent welcome by the hotel owner and his wife. There is no elevator but I had 6 heavy luggage. The owner make arrangements for me to stay at the second level so that it’s easier for me to move in. He personally helped me carry four of my luggage up 2 flights of stairs and arranged my luggage well so that I had ample space in the room. I had a smooth checkin and the stay was pleasant. I extended my stay for another 5 days, making it a total of 9 days. The bedsheets and pillows were very clean. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t need all the 5 star frills but a simple and soothing stay while on business or vacation.

酒店老板夫妇热情地接待了我。虽然没有电梯，但我带了6件沉重的行李。老板安排我住在二楼，方便我入住。他亲自帮我把4件行李搬上两层楼梯，并帮我整理好行李，让房间有足够的空间。我顺利办理了入住手续，入住体验也非常愉快。我又续住了5天，总共9天。床单和枕头都非常干净。强烈推荐给那些不需要五星级奢华，只想在商务或度假期间享受简单舒适的住宿体验的人。

Excellent host…the hotel owner and his wife. If you’re looking for no frills but clean and great location (near ErJi Road metro station). Also, lots of local food in the neighbourhood. The hotel owner also granted me a complimentary late checkout at 2.30pm. Will stay in my next visit to Kunming. Truly value for money.

很棒的房东……酒店老板和他的妻子。如果您正在寻找简洁干净的酒店，这里地理位置优越（靠近二季路地铁站）。此外，附近还有很多当地美食。酒店老板还允许我免费延迟退房至下午2:30。下次来昆明还会住这里。物超所值。

Very friendly and warm host! Allowed us to have a late checkout when we asked!The room is clean there are many food spots around as well as a small night market around the neighbourhood!!

It's an average hotel in the very good location. It's near the subway, railway station, department stores, etc. It's suit for business, travel and for family too. It's not clean, the bathroom door cannot use, cannot close. I need to take a bath with open the bathroom.

位置很好，但酒店一般般。靠近地铁、火车站、百货商场等。适合商务、旅行和家庭入住。房间不太干净，浴室门关不上，也关不上。洗澡的时候需要打开浴室门。
