石林银瑞林国际大酒店

It is a big hotel with twin pools, courtyards and a very spacious lobby plus a shopping arcade. We stayed for a night at this hotel after our visit to the Stone Forest Scenic area.||||Clean and spacious room with a balcony. We had a comfortable sleep for the night. This hotel catered more for the domestic tourists where the breakfast selection consisted of mainly local cooked dishes. There was a station where you could request for your sunny side eggs or noodles. Breakfast selection was adequate if you are not too choosy.||||We spent our evening after our day's tour to the Stone Forest having beers at the poolside. it was so relaxing. Probably the best part of the huge hotel complex.

这是一家大型酒店，设有双游泳池、庭院、非常宽敞的大堂以及购物商场。我们参观完石林风景区后在这家酒店住了一晚。||||房间干净宽敞，有阳台。晚上我们睡得很舒服。这家酒店更多地迎合国内游客的需求，早餐选择主要包括当地熟食。有一个车站，您可以在那里点单面鸡蛋或面条。如果您不太挑剔的话，早餐的选择就足够了。||||结束了一天的石林之旅后，我们在池畔喝了啤酒度过了晚上。真是太放松了。可能是大型酒店综合体中最好的部分。

This hotel left a lot to be desired, certainly is not a 5 Star hotel more like a 3 Star hotel and not an International Hotel as the name implies. The first issue was my Visa Card was rejected, for a 200 Yuan deposit, the room was paid for by voucher through my tour company. I believe the desk clerk did not know how to run a US card. We had to call my bank, they said there should not be a problem, finally got the card to go through. The room did not have either a refrigerator or safe as stated on websites showing amenities. The room itself was well appointed and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also advertises a Western restaurant and Western Breakfast. The menu was limited I ordered spaghetti, was simply tomato sauce with unseasoned spaghetti, the staff for the most part does not speak English and Chinese often do not use salt. That dinner was bad. As for Breakfast there were not any Western style foods other than eggs, so settled for fried eggs and a banana, the only fruit available, no bread neither; my wife did not go on this trip, she is Asian and would've been fine with the food, I do eat Asian food but I have to also be able to communicate with the servers and I don't eat spicy foods. There was also some type of Chinese convention going on and I was the only Western Guest in the place. I would not recommend staying here. I told my tour coordinator and local guide I would have preferred to have stayed at the Jinjiang Hotel in Kunming both nights and simply left for Yuanyang at an earlier time. Stone forest was so so not as I had expected; this was the only disappointing place of my 15 days in China on this trip.

这家酒店还有很多不足之处，当然不是五星级酒店，更像是三星级酒店，也不是顾名思义的国际酒店。 第一个问题是我的Visa卡被拒绝了，我交了200元押金，通过我的旅行社用代金券支付了房间费用。我相信前台服务员不知道如何办理美国卡。 我们不得不打电话给我的银行，他们说应该没有问题，终于拿到卡了。 房间里没有冰箱或保险箱，正如显示便利设施的网站上所述。 房间本身设备齐全、干净，工作人员友好、乐于助人。 酒店还宣传西餐厅和西式早餐。 菜单很有限，我点了意大利面，只是番茄酱和未调味的意大利面，工作人员大部分不会说英语，中国人通常不使用盐。 那天的晚餐很糟糕。 至于早餐，除了鸡蛋之外没有西式食物，所以就吃了煎鸡蛋和香蕉，唯一的水果，也没有面包；我的妻子没有参加这次旅行，她是亚洲人，对食物很满意，我确实吃亚洲食物，但我也必须能够与服务器沟通，而且我不吃辛辣的食物。 还有一些中国会议正在进行，我是这个地方唯一的西方客人。 我不建议住在这里。 我告诉我的旅行协调员和当地导游，我宁愿两晚都住在昆明的锦江酒店，而是早点出发去元阳。 石林很不符合我的预期；这是我这次中国之行15天里唯一令人失望的地方。

The Yinruilin is a typical modern hotel you are likely to encounter in any of the mega-cities of China. Large and marble-clad lobby, modern rooms that offer good sleeping quality, etc. The shortcomings here were: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, being a stop in and out of Stone Forest, and there is nothing to do in the evenings. And second, the food caters only to Chinese taste, if any. Dinner at the restaurant was mediocre, but breakfast earned the mark of being utterly inedible. Although it consisted of a long buffet crowded with an endless variety of dishes, none was edible. One covered dish with cooked sausages sported the label "breakfast bowels".. I leave it to you to imagine the rest. Altogether a default hotel in this area but bring your own food.

银瑞林酒店是一家典型的现代酒店，您在中国任何大城市都可能遇到。宽敞的大理石大堂，现代化的客房，提供良好的睡眠质量等等。这里的缺点是：酒店位于偏僻的地方，是进出石林的一个停靠站，晚上没什么可做的。其次，食物只迎合中国人的口味（如果有的话）。餐厅的晚餐很一般，但早餐却完全不能吃。尽管自助餐很长，里面摆满了各种各样的菜肴，但没有一个是可以吃的。一份带有煮熟香肠的盖菜标有“早餐肠”的标签。剩下的就留给你想象吧。总的来说是这个地区的默认酒店，但是要自带食物。

Stayed a night here, we had a triple room which was still spacious after they placed the third bed in. The bathroom was big as well with a walk in shower and a bath tub and plenty room for us to move around.||The room is clean and completed with all necessary amenities like toothbrush, comb, shower foam and shampoo (even though I don't need).||The breakfast served at the western restaurant is nothing close to western cuisine as expected by the folks. They served traditional Chinese breakfast which includes rice, noodles, bun, congee, stir fry dishes. ||Overall, it's a spacious and comfy stay, it's also nearby stone forest.

在这里住了一晚，我们住的是三人房，在他们放了第三张床后仍然很宽敞。浴室也很大，有步入式淋浴间和浴缸，还有足够的空间供我们走动。||房间很干净，设施齐全，牙刷、梳子、沐浴露、洗发水（虽然我不需要）。||西餐厅的早餐和人们想象中的西餐相差甚远。他们提供传统的中式早餐，包括米饭、面条、包子、粥、炒菜。 ||总体来说，住得宽敞舒适，而且离石林也很近。

Why this hotel is called “international” is a mystery. It might be hard to find a more Chinese and less international hotel. Starting with the gigantic marble-clad lobby everything in the public areas is very Chinese. Apart from a few words at reception no members of staff seemed to speak any English. ||||There are no smoking signs everywhere as required by the law, but the policy is not enforced. Even members of the staff smoke openly indoors, even while providing service.||||The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the Stone Forest, but there is nothing else nearby, so visitors are dependent on the services at the hotel.||||The breakfast is very Asian, with only a few western breakfast items available. The worst part of the breakfast is the coffee. The only “coffee” available is a terrible sweet liquid with coffee, milk and sugar mixed together. No black coffee available. You would think that decent coffee would be the bare minimum requirement for offering breakfast at an international, or even Chinese, hotel.||||All this said, the room was actually by far the best part of this hotel. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Even the bed was relatively good by Chinese standards.||||You can get a good night’s sleep here, but don’t expect a good breakfast or great service.

为什么这家酒店被称为“国际”是一个谜。可能很难找到一家更中国化、更少国际化的酒店了。从巨大的大理石大厅开始，公共区域的一切都非常中国化。除了接待处的几句话之外，工作人员似乎不会说任何英语。 ||||法律规定到处都禁止吸烟标志，但政策却没有得到执行。甚至连工作人员在提供服务的时候也会在室内公开吸烟。||||酒店地理位置优越，去石林游览很方便，但附近没有其他东西，所以游客只能依赖酒店的服务。||| |早餐非常亚洲化，只有少量西式早餐品种。早餐中最糟糕的部分是咖啡。唯一可用的“咖啡”是一种由咖啡、牛奶和糖混合在一起的甜得可怕的液体。没有黑咖啡可用。您可能会认为像样的咖啡是在国际酒店甚至中国酒店提供早餐的最低要求。||||话虽如此，房间实际上是这家酒店迄今为止最好的部分。房间宽敞、安静、舒适。即使是床，按照中国的标准来说也相对较好。||||您可以在这里睡个好觉，但不要指望有好的早餐或优质的服务。

if you have a choice, don't stay in this hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!||it is more suitable to tour group who can not complain nor do anything after they arrived.||The hotel room temperature is 27 degree celcius, There is no aircon, it is turn off,||and the lady technician dare to say the aircon is ON if the blower is set in the mid position, setting to high or low will not make the room cooler. A Logic raised from stupidity and ignorance.||While I arrived, the door room is opened and windows are opened and the room temperature is 24 degree Celcius, at night, the temperature outside is comfortable breezy, but hotel room temperature rise to 27 degree celcius.||There is NOTHING the staffs or the technician can do to lower the room temperature. They said all rooms in the same condition.||It feel better you camp outside the hotel with cool breeze than sleeping in the hotel.

如果你有选择的话，不要住这家酒店。不惜一切代价避免!!!||更适合到达后不能抱怨也不能做任何事情的旅行团。||酒店室温27摄氏度，没有空调，是关闭的，||而且那位技术员女士敢说，如果鼓风机设置在中间位置，空调就打开了，设置高或低都不会使房间凉爽。愚蠢无知的逻辑。||我到的时候，房间门都开着，窗户都开着，房间里的温度是24度，到了晚上，外面的温度很舒服，微风徐徐，但酒店房间的温度却上升到了27度摄氏度。||工作人员或技术人员无法采取任何措施来降低室温。他们说所有房间的条件都一样。||在酒店外面露营，吹着凉爽的微风，比在酒店里睡觉感觉更好。

A nice n beautiful hotel. The room is big n clean. So do the toilet. The staff is friendly. The environment is nice. But we just hv a chance to stay just 1 night. I just beside Stone Forest. But surrounding of the hotel is nothing except stone and trees.

We stayed one night at the hotel. There are 2 blocks; the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the hotel rooms block. Direction was unclear. Food was ok, Chinese dishes mostly. There was a counter touting the hotel spa services at the lobby and we signed up for a Chinese one hour full body massage. We wanted 9pm but was advised to do 8.30pm instead. At 8.20pm the Spa called and asked if we could come down immediately or shift to 9pm. As I was in the toilet, my husband agreed to 9pm. When we reached the Spa at 8.50pm, we were told that they could only do it at 9.20pm as they simply had too many customers. Why couldn't they call us and be upfront about the real timing they can serve us? This showed how disorganised they were as the lady was just touting and getting orders without even checking their staff numbers and capacity. Unfortunately, we were the unlucky ones. We decided not to wait as the usual duration is 1 to 1.5 hours so we were sure it will be 9.30pm or past it before we may get served. Being toyed with once was enough and we certainly didn't want to a worse experience. Do check twice as they certainly don't give a hoot about customer service. Being in a faraway location, there is not much else to do. There is a KTV facility in the hotel.
