早餐和中饭都在这里吃的，环境很不错。早饭是自助形式，有中式西式还可以单点米线和煎蛋。中午是点餐，服务非常好，点了店员推荐的特色酸水火锅，味道很不错，爱吃酸汤的小伙伴不要错过！一份火锅两个人吃足够，还可以让店员帮忙从隔壁西餐厅点饮品。不错的体验～

Traveled during Chinese New Year 2021, original booking was at Lvgu lodge but due to a lot of cancellation (Chinese govn wanted people to stay put during Covid) and Songtsam travel re-arranged us to be at Songtsam Linka. We had a suite with a nice terrace facing the valley and the monastery from far. Suite was very large and very cozy, it felt like we are renting a friend's lodge. ||||We did a few hikes and tours with the travel butler which was really good in terms of knowledge. The resort has a gift shop and also a specialty store for Yak wool products, which was very well designed and authentic! ||||I also had a 90 min massage at the spa, the massage oil they blend was great and the therapist really knows her way around muscle groups!

Beautifully decorated hotel with lots of nice details from warm hospitality to a comfortable room with nice bed. I am quite surprised with the level of details that I experienced within my stay here, considering this is not the big hotel chain like the Starwood or the Marriott group. Probably that’s also one of the reason I am quite happy with the overall experience at this hotel. The staff are very well trained in ensuring us enjoying our stay here. The breakfast is pretty steady with lots of choices from both the western and Chinese selection. Definitely try their hot noodles, the best way to make your stomach happy before you kick start the day of hiking or sight seeing. |

This is truly a retreat with first class service. We stayed here for 3 days and we were well taken care of. The hotel offered from pickup service from Shangrila bus station. The driver was prompt and courteous. The moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff welcomed us with ginger tea and cookies. Our family suite was huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The view of the monastery was breathtaking. I splurged on the spa and their service was exceptional as well. It’s the perfect place to detox and unplug from busy city life. Highly recommend this hotel!

Originally from Hong Kong, Studied in UK, travelled a bit - if you have similar background, you might find my comments useful.||||First time travelling to Yunan. I started from LiJiang so to get used to the altitudes, it is more helpful that way, as air here is thinner. ||||I got picked up by Hotel, we communicated the place and time for pick up over We Chat, and so the whole experience was very smooth. Hotel cars are nice - they are Range Rovers or BMW. Hotel would further transport you and your luggage by gold carts - everything is just well taken care of. In fact it is one of the finest hotels in the area.||||The hotel is located in a protected area, so the air here is extra fresh. The density of rooms are very low, basically every room are nearly individual (semi-detached). All rooms are decorated as Tibet style, as the people here are under heavy influence of Tibet. This hotel is a retreat, therefore, it is a place for you to slow down, chill and relax. The room is very nicely decorated and spacious, and everyday there are fresh fruits and home-made cookies (they are delicious i bought few packs back home). All mini-bars are free of charge.||||The food from the restaurant is actually very nice so i would recommend if you stay for a lunch / dinner. Breakfast selection is not huge, but taste nice. ||||Would definitely recommend to stay at this place, but you need to stay here for a few days in order to truly wind down and relax.

服务人员很热情，设施都是藏式风格，可以看到很多藏式风格的摆件和唐卡。隔壁就是松赞林寺，酒店送两张票，可以用两天。

Due to a mixed up in the booking, we nearly landed up not staying at Songtsam Linka and what a missed opportunity it would have been for us. The quality of the decor and finishing in the rooms and the restaurants which reflected an old world splendor and not to mention the fantastic view of the Songzalin monastery which was makes the place so tranquil and serene. A great joy for me was to sit at the balcony of my room sipping ginger tea freshly delivered by the hotel staff watching the sunset every evening. The level of service befits its M gallery branding. Cannot possibly recommend this hotel enough.
