這家是充滿藏式風格的旅店，空間感不錯，靠近舊城區。可以好好的逛逛舊城區的商店，晚上還可以去廣場與當地人共舞。管理者李先生也會建議道地的火鍋餐廳、雲南佳餚給客戶。他也可以安排車輛旅遊香格里拉名勝。

The service is the key to the appeal of this guesthouse. It is true that the bathroom design is in need of a revamp, but the bedroom itself was perfectly adequate: the bed was comfortable and it was peaceful. The location is very good, a short walk to the bustle of the tourist throng in the Old Town yet tucked away in a quiet corner below a hilltop temple. What really made the stay enjoyable was the hospitality of Lee and Jacky who run the place. They have a background in tour guiding and not only speak very good English but also have a wealth of knowledge about the region. They were busy working on improvements to the property while I was staying...

We spent 3 days at the Guesthouse which had clean and nice rooms and a perfect location to explore the city. Only the matress was a little too hard and one need to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water. The breakfast was rather simple ( eggs, toast and jam) but we had a warm welcome and John, the owner made us feel at ease. He also speaks very well English and can help you to organize tours around Shangri-la. All in all, it was a nice stay and we would recommand this place to other travellers.

This establishment was acquired by the present owner in March 2012. It undoubtedly has potential, although the rooms are currently very tired and the bathrooms need gutting, not least as the floor tray to the walk-in shower slopes the wrong way and, assisted by a partially blocked outlet, had the effect of creating a pond over the entire bathroom floor in seconds. Ours clearly wasn't the only room to have its own paddling pool however as the owner said he was aware of these problems and is proposing to put them right. He certainly has improvements planned but he seems to be starting at the top and working down, because work has already started on the construction of a brand new roof terrace. Whether there will be sufficient funds to attend to the basics remains to be seen.||||The main benefit of this establishment to western guests is that the owner, Mr Stone, is a former tour guide and speaks good English (as does his colleague Jacky). Depending on his other commitments he may even be able to offer his own services as guide/driver, or will be very happy to advise if not.||||The inn is also very conveniently located just outside the old town, although access via a neighbouring back street is only really practicable during daylight hours as there is a set of steep steps to negotiate which, in the absence of lighting or a handrail, it would probably be unwise to attempt in the dark. (The main road option lacks a dedicated pavement, but it's a quiet road and it's not far, so perfectly acceptable as a night-time alternative.)||||We stayed three nights so feel we got the measure of the place, and breakfast huddled around the central stove seemed rather hit and miss depending on management's focus at the time. ||||As others have commented the beds are hard (and we like ours firmer than most westerners!). On close inspection I found this to be because the mattress, although sprung internally, is comprised of wooden slats below the outer cover (thus rather negating the effect!). I've never seen this form of construction before (other than as the bottom part of a divan), and if the owner wishes to broaden his market then I think these will need to be replaced.||||The owner wanted us to put a review on this site but I fear he will be a little disappointed by our comments. Because of the considerable inconvenience of the flooding bathroom this really only warrants a 2 star rating, but as the owner is embarking on improvements I don't wish to discourage future trade and have therefore given him the benefit of the doubt. Accordingly, if you are proposing to visit in the second half of 2013 then do give Tibetan Family Inn due consideration and check what refurbishment works have been carried out.

这家旅馆于2012年3月被现任老板收购。它无疑很有潜力，尽管目前房间非常陈旧，浴室也需要彻底翻新，尤其是步入式淋浴间的地板倾斜方向错误，加上部分堵塞的排水口，导致浴室地面瞬间积水成池。显然，我们住的房间并非唯一一个有“小水坑”的房间，因为老板表示他已经意识到这些问题，并计划进行整改。他确实制定了改进计划，但似乎是从顶层开始向下推进，因为全新的屋顶露台的建设已经开始。至于是否有足够的资金来完成这些基础工作，还有待观察。||||这家旅馆对西方客人的主要优势在于，老板斯通先生曾是一名导游，英语说得很好（他的同事杰基也是如此）。根据他其他安排，他或许还能亲自担任导游/司机，即便不能，也很乐意提供建议。||||旅馆位置便利，就在老城区外，不过从附近的一条小巷进入旅馆只有在白天才比较方便，因为那里有一段陡峭的台阶，在没有路灯或扶手的情况下，晚上走可能不太明智。（走主路虽然没有专门的人行道，但那是一条安静的道路，而且距离不远，所以作为夜间的替代方案也完全可以接受。）||||我们住了三晚，感觉对这家旅馆有了一定的了解。围坐在中央炉灶旁享用的早餐似乎不太稳定，取决于当时管理人员的安排。||||正如其他人所说，床很硬（我们喜欢比大多数西方人更硬的床！）。仔细检查后我发现，这是因为床垫虽然内部有弹簧，但外罩下面却是木条支撑（因此完全抵消了弹簧的效果！）。我以前从未见过这种结构（除了沙发床的底部），如果店主想拓展市场，我认为这些木条需要更换。||||店主希望我们在这个网站上写评论，但我担心他会对我们的评论感到失望。由于浴室漏水造成了相当大的不便，这家旅馆实际上只值两星，但考虑到店主正在进行翻新，我不想影响未来的生意，所以还是给了他一次机会。因此，如果您计划在2013年下半年入住，请务必认真考虑一下藏族家庭旅馆，并查看一下他们已经完成了哪些翻新工程。

Stone Lee was a perfect guide for our 3-day-stay in Shangri-La: A lot of insider-knowledge, perfect English and a good sense of humor. He picked us up at Lijiang Airport and drove us around during the next two days with a tour back to Lijiang via Tiger Leaping Gorge. Perfect organized! We really enjoyed his cosy hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff there. We can also recommend the home-made Yak-meat hotpot, that was served at the roof top breakfast area. Thank you so much for a really enjoyable stay in Shangri-La! We will surely be back to see the Azalees! Steffen and Eva from Berlin (we came together with Barbara and Detlef this summer)

The main benefit of this establishment to western guests is that the owner, Mr Stone, is a former tour guide and speaks good English (as does his colleague Jacky). Depending on his other commitments he may even be able to offer his own services as guide/driver, or will be very happy to advise if not. The inn is also very conveniently located just outside the old town, which can easily be walked to in 10 mins. We stayed three nights so feel we got the measure of the place, and breakfast huddled around the central stove seemed rather hit and miss at the best of times. Finally there is a lot of cigarette smoke which was unbearable at times.

Sous l'oeil des parents, c'est la jeune génération qui gère l'hôtel, dans une ambiance détendue*, mais sérieuse et serviable. L'hôtel est récent, mais la présence de boiseries de tissus colorés, de canapés ... le rend chaleureux. Notre chambre était vaste, confortable, claire et très propre, et le lit toujours de grande dimensions ! Les chambres sont réparties autour de coursives surplombant le hall d'accueil.||La vieille ville est à 5 mn à pied. ||||*la grand-mère s'est jointe volontiers à notre photo souvenir

在父母的悉心指导下，年轻一代以轻松*又不失专业和热情的方式经营着这家酒店。酒店虽然是新建的，但木质镶板、色彩鲜艳的织物和沙发营造出温馨舒适的氛围。我们的房间宽敞、舒适、明亮且非常干净，床的尺寸也相当大！客房围绕着俯瞰大堂的走廊而建。步行5分钟即可到达老城区。*奶奶很高兴地和我们一起拍了纪念照。

Vom jetzigen Besitzer vor knapp 2 Jahren übernommen. Ein großes, schönes Haus im tibetischen Stil mit dem typischen großen Innenhof mit Ofen. Ganz oben befindet sich ein Wintergarten mit dem Restaurant. Dort gibt es Frühstück. Laut Besitzer erhält es jetzt im Herbst einen neuen Bodenbelag. Er müsse sich langsam durch alle Problembereiche arbeiten. ||Das Frühstück ist ein bisschen mager, aber ok. Im Restaurant gibt es abends tibetische Gerichte.||Der Besitzer und sein Partner sprechen beide sehr gut Englisch, sind sehr bemüht, fahren einen auch herum oder betätigen sich als Führer. Sie kennen sich sehr gut aus und sind auch telefonisch erreichbar.||Die meisten Gäste bleiben bloß eine Nacht, wir waren hier 4 Nächte, was sich sehr gelohnt hat. Die Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Vorteil der Lage: ruhiger als in der Altstadt, wo viel laute Musik dudelt.

现任主人大约两年前接手了这栋藏式大宅。房子宽敞漂亮，拥有典型的藏式大庭院和燃木炉。顶楼是带餐厅的阳光房，供应早餐。据主人说，地板将于今年秋天更换。他说他需要先解决所有问题。早餐种类不多，但还可以接受。餐厅晚上供应藏式菜肴。主人和他的伴侣英语都很好，非常热情，甚至可以开车带客人游览或担任导游。他们知识渊博，也可以通过电话联系。大多数客人只住一晚；我们住了四晚，感觉非常值得。老城区就在步行几分钟的路程内。地理位置的优势在于：这里比老城区安静得多，老城区里有很多嘈杂的音乐。
