香格里拉实力大酒店

Very well located in between the main spots of the city. The room is not very big, but it's clean and comfy. The staff is very professional, always pompt to solve any problems, even in the night: their attitude is a great value for the hotel. The breakfast is good and with enough variety, and the restaurant offers as well a good deal for dinner.

位置非常好，位于城市的主要景点之间。房间不是很大，但是干净、舒适。工作人员非常专业，总是能及时解决任何问题，即使是在晚上：他们的态度对酒店来说非常有价值。早餐很好，品种也足够，餐厅提供的晚餐也很划算。

We had a really good experience during our checkin at the hotel. The manager, Vivian went to our bedroom to make sure we are comfortable. When we mentioned the weather was too dry, she got her staff to bring a humidifier for our room. The humidifier help us a lot. Our room had a beautiful mountain view. The next day, Vivian even gave us a late checkout for our hi speed train back to Kunming was at 4:15 pm. The best part was after touring Pudacuo National Park, we came back to the hotel at 2:30 pm and needed lunch for we were hungry before we catch the train back. The hotel restaurant chef has gone for his break. Vivian went to the extend of calling the chef back to cook for us. We had a good meal before we went to the train station. Her service was really incredible.Kudos to Vivian for making our stay in Shangri La so comfortable and meaningful! I would highly recommend staying at Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Shangri La.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Shangri-La is a good value. The location is not too far from the old city center, and there is an affordable supermarket very close by. The rooms are a bit small, as is the bathroom, but at this price acceptable. There is a good restaurant with food that is good as well. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the Shangri-La airport.

香格里拉希尔顿花园酒店性价比很高。位置离老城区中心不太远，附近有一家价格实惠的超市。房间有点小，浴室也小，但这个价格可以接受。有一家不错的餐厅，食物也很好。酒店距香格里拉机场约15分钟车程。

Transport from railway station to hotel is covienient. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with Chinese and Western foods.Free transport to train station is much appreciated. enyoy our stay at the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The service was impeccable, the staff being helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with lovely views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was varied.

It is excellently well kept hotel by Hilton. Room is big, staffs all are excellent. Bed and bathroom all are good quality. None to complaint about. I booked 1 night, then decide to add another night as I like it + relaxing city of Shangri-la 😉

Staff were friendly and kind. The reception is very welcoming and courteous! The location is good with it being half way between Songzanlin Monastery and Old Town.I would like to thank Vivian four her help. We did not have a car to take us back to the hotel in Pudacuo National Park, and she immediately asked her colleague to pick us up.

Very clean,tidy and warm in the room, Mr. Robin is very hospitality and warming service let me feel at the home. Shangri La is pretty cool in the winter but this hotel is the best choice for you if travel in winter. So I recommend for you all the traveller if you come to Shangri La. Very good room prices with good service.👍
