Lai Sang Zhuokang Inn

是幢很有特色的了建築！可是衛生條件真的不行，感覺很髒，完全沒保護好這幢房子覺得很可惜！那只黑白的大狗很乖，可是晚上一直在外面淋雨！想想也難受！而且要爬很長的坡，我們這次老人家多，爬上去就下不來！有老人家不要选這家民宿！而且沒早餐，之前住的民宿全部都有豐富早餐！說心里話話真的不值！朋友病了也不能退，完全不講道理！之前看評論說很干淨，是大家對衛生要求不一樣嗎？

500多元的房間出現這樣的質素真的不能接受；首先，房間衛生不太滿意、第一間房間廁所地板還是濕的，垃圾桶內也有水、地板上還上小型垃圾。梳化上發現很多毛髮給污垢校；之後小哥給我們另一個房間之後就有了改進。另外，酒店位置位於古城內非常深入及較高的位置、需要步行一段時間及很多樓梯才能到達。

Good view from upstairs. Close to the shops in ancient town. Loved view from outdoor area. It wasn’t noise proof yet enjoyed our staying

楼上景色不错。离古镇的商店很近。很喜欢户外区域的景色。虽然隔音效果不太好，但我们住得很开心。

The owner of the hotel is kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and close to the main attractions in the old town. My partner had altitude sickness on one of the days we stayed and she made sure we were taken care of. I would return to the hotel.

酒店老板娘热情友好，乐于助人。酒店位置便利，靠近老城区的主要景点。我们入住期间，我的伴侣有一天出现了高原反应，老板娘确保我们得到了妥善照顾。我会再次入住这家酒店。

We arrived in Shangri-la late at night. The owner of the hotel told us to go to a certain location so they could go pick us up, we were not charged for this service. They were very kind to us, especially to me since I had a hard time adjusting to the altitude and they told us what to do to alleviate my altitude sickness issues. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The atmosphere of the place gives you a feeling you’re immersed in the local culture. The view from the top rooms are breathtaking, you can have an overview of the town and the main temple. Just beware that in order to have this view, you need to climb a lot of stairs, and at this altitude, climbing stairs can be a daunting challenge, but totally worthwhile. I highly recommend this place.

我们深夜抵达香格里拉。酒店老板告诉我们去某个地方接我们，这项服务是免费的。他们对我们非常热情，尤其是对我，因为我不太适应高原反应，他们告诉我如何缓解高原反应。房间非常宽敞，装饰精美，而且很干净。酒店的氛围让人感觉仿佛置身于当地文化之中。顶层房间的景色令人叹为观止，可以俯瞰整个城镇和主庙。不过要注意的是，想要欣赏到这样的美景，你需要爬很多楼梯，在这样的海拔高度爬楼梯可能是一个不小的挑战，但绝对值得。我强烈推荐这家酒店。

It was a great location with a nice view and a very cute dog. But the room was cold and loud with thin walls. The courtyard was used for the dog and because they never seemed to walk it, it would pee and poop in there, which generated a bad smell. The bed was rock hard (although the reception tried to help us with an extra layer) and the room was not cleaned once while we stayed for a few days. I don’t think the price matches.

地理位置优越，景色宜人，还有一只非常可爱的狗狗。但是房间又冷又吵，墙壁也很薄。院子是给狗狗用的，但因为主人似乎从来不带它出去散步，所以狗狗经常在那里大小便，散发出难闻的气味。床硬得像石头一样（虽然前台试图帮我们加一层垫子），而且在我们入住的几天里，房间一次也没有打扫过。我觉得这个价格不值。

It was a memorable NYE for me, had some drinks and chitchat with the other guests/staff by the fireplace, could see the fireworks and the view of Shangri-La old town from the 2nd floor. 阿英 was kind enough to upgrade me to the bigger room, provided an external heater as the floor heater would take some time, and sent our luggage to 北门. I wouldn’t mind climbing up some stairs but may not be ideal for some other people. Overall, I do love this place, it gave me the vibe of the mysterious Shangri-La.

对我来说，这是一个难忘的跨年夜。我们在壁炉旁喝着小酒，和其他客人/工作人员闲聊，从二楼还能欣赏到烟花和香格里拉古城的景色。阿英非常贴心地帮我升级到了更大的房间，还贴心地准备了外置暖气（因为地暖需要一些时间才能完全暖和起来），并帮我们把行李送到了北门。我不介意爬楼梯，但对其他人来说可能不太方便。总的来说，我非常喜欢这个地方，它让我感受到了神秘的香格里拉氛围。

We rented the queen room with balcony for the view to the temple. The view is probably the best in Shangri-La, but the walk to the Inn is a little exhausting due to the altitude or your condition:)The room is typical local style, nice and spacious and there is plenty of warm water for the shower.There isn’t much hangers for clothes and the shower/toilet has no door to separate from the living area, only a curtain The bed is nice with comfortable quilt If you need daily cleaning you better remind the staff - otherwise they won’t do it

我们租了一间带阳台的大床房，可以欣赏寺庙的景色。这景色可能是香格里拉最好的，但走到旅馆有点累，可能是因为海拔高，也可能是因为身体状况的原因。房间是典型的当地风格，宽敞舒适，热水充足。衣架不多，淋浴间/卫生间没有门，只有帘子隔开。床很舒服，被子也很舒服。如果您需要每日清洁服务，最好提前告知工作人员，否则他们不会主动提供。
