房間設備齊全，包括浴室用品，有地暖，浴室寶，整潔。除了房間內有品茶枱外，還有品茶的地方在每層的角落，非常舒適。有免費民族服裝提供到草原上拍照，並由店長親自協助打扮穿上民族，房租包早餐，早餐好好食，晚餐自費，員工好貼心提示不要點太多，免浪費，真的好足夠份量，每款菜式好好味，還有云南咖啡提供前枱小妹追瑪好細心，好熱情。在店內的所有員工非常友善、熱情、体貼。晚餐送我們的酥油茶好好飲，還有伴手禮內也有酥油茶，非常貼心。一定会再來。超五星⭐️

朋友受再遇長江感動，所以安排這次雲南之旅，務必加插香格理拉與茨姆相見，命運之安排，剛好到埗之日茨姆在民宿內，之後她要到上海及深圳協助再會長江路演，茨姆事事親力親為，為我們安排房間，協助我們著藏服，幸好有母親及妹妹協助，晚餐我們亦在民宿食晚餐，我們訂了土煱雞，美味可口，我們check out後她們送了伴手禮。祝福茨姆一家生活美滿。

It is a very nice hotel to stay and nearby to napahai lake. The hotel is so beautiful. They also provide free ******* costume to wear. We got a few free rides also from the hotel. They are super friendly towards us. Very happy to stay here and thank you for your great service!😬👍🏻

來這入住的起因，是因為12306不讓台胞證線上購買跨境車票，但到昆明後，想買去老撾的車票又買不到即刻出發的。想著之前在油管看過的記錄片內容，一拍腦袋就臨時跑過來住了，整體的體驗還是滿不錯的。並且，我覺得對大多數人來說，可能一輩子去香格里拉的次數就1至5次，畢竟滿遠的。而若你一輩子要旅行的地方很多，人生只有一次去香格里拉的機會。那麼，你一定要住這間。不論你平常住的都是幾十塊、或者幾百塊、幾塊千塊的旅店。我相信你住進來都會覺得物有所值，想想你這輩子有可能只來一次香格里拉，那這錢花得更是絕對值得，人生不要留有遺憾。其它的話，就不想點評太多細節，其它旅客的留言應該都有寫到了，包括迎賓、送客、水果、體驗藏服，小禮物等等。順道一提的是，老闆娘的女兒挺熱情大方的，剛好她放寒假，若是帶孩子來，算是多個玩伴，會讓這趟旅程感覺更好。

Everyone at the hotel is super nice. It’s a few minutes walk to Napahai. Meals are good and plentiful. You get to put on traditional clothes. It’s a plus if you know Cimu’s story.

酒店的每个人都超级好。步行几分钟即可到达纳帕海。饭菜很好而且很丰富。你可以穿上传统服装。如果你知道 Cimu 的故事那就更好了。

Facing Napa lake . Provide free costumes for photo taking. Very big room. Shower has hot air provided. Received goodie bag of snacks when we check out .

We stayed at the Aurora Hotel for a night in December and couldn’t have been happier with our experience - Cimu was extremely kind and welcoming, and she was just as warm as she appeared in the documentary we watched of her hotel before booking our stay. Upon arrival, Cimu provided us with a variety of traditional ******* clothing to wear for photos. She was extremely accommodating and patient in helping us choose our outfits.The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, a perfect balance between traditional and modern architecture. The rooms were just as lovely and very comfortable - the heated floors and warm beds felt wonderful after a cold night outdoors, and the view of the sunrise and mountains from the windows in the attached tea room was breathtaking. Cimu’s natural talent for design and hospitality is evident in every detail, and we’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Shangri-La!

I love this place so much. Napaihai Lake is just 300 meters away from the homestay and resort provide free ******* costume for all hotel guests. Very friendly staffs and clean rooms.
