包头香格里拉大酒店

Room is clean, normal nothing much to comment. But would like to highlight their staffs at lobby and restaurant who really provide extreme good service to customers, helpful and take initiative to help. Thumbs up everyone 👍 The restaurant wise I really enjoy their variety of food, especially their dessert, love it :) location is next to shopping mall, night time if you have nothing to do there are simple night market downstairs as well.

房间很干净，很普通，没什么可评论的。但我想强调一下他们在大堂和餐厅的员工，他们确实为顾客提供了极好的服务，乐于助人，主动提供帮助。大家都竖起大拇指👍 餐厅方面，我真的很喜欢他们的各种食物，尤其是他们的甜点，很喜欢:)位置就在购物中心旁边，晚上如果你没事可做，楼下还有简单的夜市。

Probably not as grand and luxurious as the other Shangri-la hotels in China The room is spacious but outdated in design Walking distance to Wanda Plaza Shopping Mall next door

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Spacious room with comfy bed, shower and separate bath. Have always enjoyed my stay there while in Baotou.

非常好的酒店，工作人员很友好。宽敞的客房配有舒适的床、淋浴和独立浴缸。我在包头的时候一直很享受在那里的住宿。

第一次入住包头香格里拉大酒店，酒店地理位置优越，酒店环境干净整洁，整体入住体验不错。前台接待员工 刘星 非常热情周到，办理入住退房过程非常流畅迅速，希望刘星能在工作岗位上继续发光发热，为更多第一次到包头香格里拉入住的客人带来热情周到的服务。

香格里拉不用說肯定是很好，設計不是新穎的風格但是歷久不衰。酒店滿大的，早餐選擇也不少。距離熱鬧的地方要走一下，除此之外沒有什麼不好的地方，可惜就是隔天很早就退房趕行程去了。

Shangri-La Hotel has definitely earned their reputation. The service is great. We came to Inner Mongolia to see the desert but due to covid cases mostly cities are closed. We just came to ShangriLa staying in our room. They even helped us to find the place where we can get nucleic acid test and also where we "foreigners" can get the result. The Health code in Inner Mongolia is good for Chinese only so we had trouble about it. Breakfast has a lot of options which is awesome. Very welcoming a**osphere.

香格里拉酒店确实赢得了他们的声誉。服务很棒。我们来到内蒙古是为了看沙漠，但由于新冠病例，大多数城市都关闭了。我们刚来香格里拉，住在我们的房间里。他们还帮我们找到了可以做核酸检测的地方，也帮我们这些“外国人”找到了可以得到结果的地方。内蒙古的健康码只对中国人有效，所以我们遇到了麻烦。早餐有很多选择，非常棒。非常热情的气氛。

We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

我们本来应该住一晚，但由于我们必须等待 PCR 检测结果，所以我们决定在香格里拉再住一晚，然后再返回北京。我真的很喜欢这张床，睡起来很舒服，我睡得像个婴儿。浴缸也很棒。我们住得很愉快。
