呼和浩特假日酒店

酒店在繁华地段，附近有很大的公园、有各类餐厅，交通便利，免费停车车位很大、方便。我们自驾到店，门卫、领位热情优雅，前台服务更是非凡，前台暖暖的服务消除了我们六个小时的自家疲劳。酒店安静，房间整洁，设施齐全，酒店里餐厅非常好吃，价格便宜，这是我在国内外入住这个品牌性价比最高的酒店，要想“躺平”来这里！

Hotel staff are friendly, but lack in the finesse and professionalism of an international brand. Hotel is definitely showing her age, and the restaurant, despite a facelift (was here in 2017, and had to dine in the makeshift restaurant), it still feels like walking back into the 90's. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. Not much complain in this area. Generally, the hotel is a fair choice, given that there is not many options available in the city. The other 2 international brand hotels are not much better in terms of services and facilities; both service levels are just ok, with "aged" facilities. In this perspective, the holiday is a better choice, given the value for money, if we do not consider the "glamorous" feeling of staying in a so-call upscale brand.

入住的商务间，房间还是比较宽敞的，也干净舒适。酒店的早餐非常不错，有内蒙特色早餐区。附近也有一条美食街，地理位置佳，入住的话反正是不用担心吃饭了。 酒店服务人员非常热情，提供免费接送机，司机服务水平也很高。总体来说十分满意，下次来呼市还会考虑入住。

这次入住最令人感到印象深刻的是前台的服务人员。她们面对酒店的问题沟通恰当合理，面对我提出的问题积极热情、有耐心，同时在入住和行程上给予了很多有帮助的建议，令人感到亲切和心情愉悦。酒店的房间风格相对于很多刚建成的酒店来说有点过时，但是住起来还是比较舒适的。唯一感觉有些瑕疵的是卫生间的卫浴没有分开，是在同一个房间的只有浴帘分隔，可能是年头儿比较久的缘故吧。总体感觉很好。

每年都要到呼和浩特，但这却是第一次入住呼市的假日酒店，当晚由于航班晚点，抵达酒店时候已经快午夜了，但是前台人员非常的热情友好，办理入住手续很快。房间也早就准备好了，并且备好了欢迎水果盘。在入住的五天内接触到到所有服务人员都非常友好。早餐服务水准也极高。是一次超级好的体验。

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff were amazing. Yula, in particular, repeatedly went out of her way to help us. She helped arrange a great tour for us, researched information about other attractions we wanted to visit and consistently checked how our stay was going. The location is great - within walking distance to a park and several sights. There are lots of food and shopping options near-by as well. The rooms were clean, well designed and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

下午2点办理入住的时候预定的大床房没有整理后，前台就帮我升级了套房并赠送了晚餐的自助餐券。套房很宽敞，还有厨房！如果一家人入住会有家的感觉。自助餐品种不是很多，但是也足够一个商旅人士的需求啦，而且服务特别好。这家假日酒店的位置也不错，虽然没有机会去周边逛逛，但是能看到周边的繁华。这是一家性价比很高的假日酒店

This was my first visit to Hohhot. I chose Holiday Inn Hohhot as I was looking for a city area hotel easily accessible to tourist sites. I had a very good experience. Here is why:||||1. The hotel location is excellent. It is near to tourist sites like the Dazhao Temple, Inner Mongolia Museum and Five Pagoda Temple (15 mins to 20 mins taxi away). There are also sites to visit within walkable distance. There is a Qincheng Park opposite the hotel, and 10 mins walk to a mall with H&M and Sephora. ||||2. The hotel is responsive to emails. I emailed them months earlier for a hotel tour service to visit the grassland. The staff was quick to reply and they confirmed the arrangements the moment I checked into the hotel.||||3. Service is excellent. The front desk is highly approachable and friendly. It is comparable to the service you get in a. 5 star hotel. Special commendation also goes to the staff located next to lift (wearing a suit and standing at the counter next to the lift). He greeted me every time I walk past and that brightens my day. He also went an extra mile and helped me load the luggage to the taxi without me prompting on the last day when I checked out). This is another example of a 5 star service.||||4. The room is well equipped and reliable. The rooms looks a bit aged but I don't mind as everything works. The hot shower water heats up quickly after switching on. The bath gels from UK also feels upscale like 4 star hotels. There are also international channels like Discovery and CNN. Chambermaids were also friendly, always greeting me when I walked past them. The only con in the room is the WiFi speed that can be faster. Laundry service is also cheaper than many international hotels. ||||5. The gym is a pleasant surprise. It is small but have every equipment you need, with free weights and machine. It is well equipped. There is also free mineral water.||||6. Breakfast buffet and Dinner a la carte is affordable and a few pleasant surprises. For breakfast I love the banana roll, milk roll, the fruit balls and the rich coffee. There is also a good selection of Mongolia food to try which I like them too. The cod fish for dinner is also my favourite (big serving at affordable price). The western food could be improved in terms of freshness but western food is not a strength in local hotels too. The breakfast area feels a but tired and some of the seats sink in too deep after sitting on them. But the good quality and affordability of the food more than make up for the seats.||||Overall, I will strongly recommend the hotel for its good service and location. Loved to be back when travelling normalcy resumes.
