Ibis Hohhot Changle Palace

I'm one for cleanliness, simplicity and value for money. Nothing beats the IBIS hotels. The one in Hohhot at Changlegong is a fine hotel that more than lives up to expectations. The staff are friendly too. The hotel is very easy to find too. From the airport, just hop on to Bus Line 1 and drop off at Changlegong stop, cross the road, walk about 150 m and you'll be able to see the IBIS hotel sign. Great stay!

我是一个追求干净、简单和物有所值的人。没有什么比宜必思酒店更好的了。呼和浩特的长乐宫是一家不错的酒店，超出了人们的预期。工作人员也很友好。酒店也很容易找到。从机场出发，乘坐公交 1 号线，在长乐宫站下车，过马路，步行约 150 m，即可看到宜必思酒店的标志。很棒的住宿体验！

After a gruelling Journey, delayed flights and arriving in Hohhot eventually 8 hours late, tired, frustrated and hungry, absolutely the last thing you need is to arrive at your booked hotel 0100 Am for the hotel to have forgotten to book your room and worse still be fully booked! What a shambles. This is well below the standard of service that I expect from Ibis, I use them often. Worse still they couldn't offer a back up plan. We spent an hour finding our own alternative hotel which we had to pay for ourselves, although our booking existed, we seemed not to exist at all, forgotten and left alone in a strange country. Thank you Ibis for nothing!

经过一段艰苦的旅程，航班延误，最终晚点 8 个小时抵达呼和浩特，疲惫、沮丧和饥饿，绝对是您最不需要的事情就是早上 0100 到达您预订的酒店，因为酒店忘记预订房间，更糟糕的是已订满！ 真是一团糟。这远远低于我对宜必思酒店的期望服务标准，我经常使用它们。更糟糕的是他们无法提供后备计划。我们花了一个小时寻找自己的替代酒店，我们必须自己付费，尽管我们的预订存在，但我们似乎根本不存在，被遗忘并独自留在一个陌生的国家。谢谢宜必思！

定了两间房 一间是阿里直营 一间是代理 到了酒店说只找到一张订单。前台办入住的员工非要问我订单渠道是哪 我只知道阿里 我怎么知道代理商渠道是哪？然后她非说找不到订单 最后在阿里客服和代理商客服协助下 她才找到订单。做了这么多年酒店 我第一次听说必须要报渠道商而不是报名字找订单的。最后在店长的确认下，报名字是可以找到订单的，只是费时稍长，所以为了自己不麻烦，让客人在前台等了半个多小时到处打电话求助是宜必思对待客人的做法吗？第二天退房在十二点的时候因为朋友走得急，没来得及告知前台退房，因为朋友那间是阿里信用住担保，所以也没多想，在五点接到酒店电话问还要续住吗？首先在十一点多酒店并没有打电话询问是否续住，也并没告知一定要到前台告诉她们要退房才能走，打电话的女士态度非常不客气。那如果当时我在飞机上没接到电话，是不是立马会收我第二天房费？电话中我告知她们朋友房卡离开的时候放桌上了，结果现在被收了二十房卡费，说因为退房未告知也未退还房卡，自己找不到了就可以随意收客人钱吗 宜必思的规定是这样吗？以后在任何地方再也不会选择入住宜必思了。

It was very clean and service as same as other Ibis hotels. Best location. There are two things that not good for me. 1. Breakfast was not so good as Beijing Ibis. It served Chinese food for breakfast. 2. Receptionist does not speak English well. I told her to wake me up at 5:30 in the morning, but I came down at 6:00 and woke her up. :)

它非常干净，服务与其他宜必思酒店一样。最好的位置。有两件事对我不利。 1.早餐不如北京宜必思酒店。早餐供应中餐。 2. 接待员英语说得不好。我告诉她早上 5:30 叫醒我，但我 6:00 才下来把她叫醒。 :)

We stay here 4 nights with three adults, one family. The staff speaks English and are friendly, there is wifi in the room, the room is basic but clean and spacious. No fridge though. Breakfast is 15rmb pp. location is central. 30min from airport with taxi.

我们和三个成年人、一个家庭在这里住了 4 晚。工作人员会说英语，很友好，房间里有无线网络，房间很基本，但干净宽敞。不过没有冰箱。早餐每人15元。位置位于市中心。乘坐出租车 30 分钟即可到达机场。

It has just opened when we checked in (June 6, 2014) and was running its own 10% discount promotion - the breakfast room was still being built. The strong Sichuan pepper smell from the restaurant filled the hallway, sometimes can be suffocating, however the room has no smell at all. It locates next to the upscale Victory City Mall, in a lively area.

1.楼下停车很紧张 2周围都是商场路口有kfc和必胜客，吃饭问题不用担心，3.住宿较为安静，我记得我是199一晚 感觉比较值了，建议大家以后可以住在这里

The rooms are clean and the hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to bus routes, beside a supermarket (Victory Supermarket, in the basement of a neighbouring mall). Staff are attentive and friendly and willing to help with whatever problem you have - I'd thoroughly recommend.

房间干净，酒店位置非常方便，靠近公交车路线，旁边有一家超市（胜利超市，在邻近商场的地下室）。工作人员细心、友好，愿意帮助解决您遇到的任何问题——我强烈推荐。
