二连太平洋国际饭店

I recently stayed in this hotel on a business trip to Erenhot. It was recommended to me by our Chinese partners as the best hotel in town. If this is the best, I’d hate to see the others.||||The location of the hotel isn’t bad, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the center of town. The town is relatively small (but growing fast) so easy to get around on foot. There are a couple of small parks nearby, great destinations for a morning walk or run.||||The hotel claims to be 3.5 star but I think it is more like 2 or 2.5. The outside of the multi-story building looks nice, as does the lobby, however dig a little deeper to see reality. The rooms are of average size with bland Chinese furnishings. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, the carpet was filthy and stained, and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The sheets and towels however were clean and in good condition, and the bed was firm and comfy. There were no non-smoking rooms available but the room didn’t smell too bad, thankfully. There was a problem with hallway noise which woke me up on several occasions. The bathroom was passable, however the shower was designed in a funny way, so that you couldn’t turn on the water and adjust the temperature without getting wet and spraying water all over the bathroom floor – a bit of a nuisance. The water was nice and hot however the showerhead shot the water out in high speed jets, feeling like pins and needles in the sensitive areas. Mildew was growing in the corners and in the grouting of the tiles, so again, cleanliness was a bit lacking.||||Service, put simply, was awful. Check-in and check-out both took way, way longer than they should have. As is common in most Chinese hotels, you have to pay a deposit to cover the cost of your stay. Anyway, they screwed this up and we ended up locked out of our rooms and spent 30 minutes trying to sort out what the problem was. Laundry that I submitted one morning was returned the next day – unwashed! No explanation was given as to why this was – no apology either! The reception staff just didn’t give a care about anything. The middle-of-the-night phone calls offering massages, etc. were most unwelcome, so I ripped the phone lines out of the wall. I complained at reception, but again, no apology, no offer to fix the situation||||The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. It was all Chinese food, but there was fruit, boiled eggs, and fried rice, so I could put together a respectable breakfast. We didn’t eat any other meals in the restaurants. The in-room internet connection was great, surprisingly high-speed.||||At RMB 518, this was very poor value. Comparing it to other hotels in China, I’d say RMB 250 would have been a reasonable price for this hotel. I’ve stayed in better budget hotels. Would I recommend this hotel or stay here again? Well, probably, as it didn’t look like there were any better places around.

Compared to most hotels we stayed in during our 1 month traverse of China, this one wasn't too bad. But do keep in mind that this is 'luxury' Chinese style: things don't work properly. The shower was all over the place (even with a shower door the bathroom floor flooded). Overpriced for the quality you get. Service was ok. Wifi in lobby only. Breakfast... mmmm... chinese style, so not my thing, but when in China I guess.. Off-street parking out front. As usual smoking everywhere.||Room and linen was clean and comfortable.||A hotel like this, profiling (and pricing) itself as a luxury property should be able to do better.||That said, it was probably the best option in town.

吃饭都挺不错得，饭店有免费的早餐，早餐有包子、牛奶、油条、豆浆、混沌、面包，午餐和晚餐都是自己点的，有当地的特色烤全羊、烤羊腿。饭店的位置就在市中心，交通挺方便的，公交站离饭店大概有50-100米，饭店离二连浩特火车站大概有500-1000米，饭店离飞机场大概有50公里。饭店旁边有旅游景点恐龙博物馆、恐龙基地、国际界碑、恐龙门。房间里面感觉特别的白，挺干净的，像自己家一样，地面是铺的蒙古大地毯，地毯是红色的，墙面是白色的，房间里面有电视、网线、网线是免费使用的、独立卫生间、卫生间里面有浴缸、浴霸。饭店的服务员每天9点左右都会定点过来打扫卫生。

Clean rooms but old fashioned.|No one speaks English so not easy to communicate!|Price at the hotel reception too much expensive for what you get. Better book it at trip.com at lower price.|The breakfast is Chinese, no Western food, except boiled eggs. No coffee. But it is ok as there is very few foreigners visiting this city.

房间干净，但是很老式。|没有人会说英语，所以沟通起来很困难！|酒店接待处的价格对于你所得到的来说太贵了。最好在携程订，价格更便宜。|早餐是中式的，没有西餐，除了煮鸡蛋。没有咖啡。不过没关系，因为很少有外国人来这个城市。

是当地一家老酒店，房间装修略显陈旧但卫生很好，服务态度较好，饭菜还不错，总体给人感觉还不错，地理置好，去车站步行5分钟既到，离蒙古小商品市场很近，买东西很方便。

住的就是特别好，，感觉又换厨子了吧，就是菜品很一般。早点不好。感觉做的菜非常糙。午餐不咋地，服务员服务倒是挺好 。建议整改厨师。。

Excellente literie. Sdb où tout fonctionne à peu près bien. Airco et Wifi fonctionnels également. Hotel bruyant le soir, cf concerts de claxons interminables: on est au centre ville (mais avec un vaste parking privé). Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais. Quantité de papier WC insuffisante. Pas de rouleau de réserve (idem dans les chambres de nos amis). Hall plongé dans la pénombre, le soir. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est tellement typiquement chinois qu'il est totalement déprimant pour nos palais européens. Pas de café disponible. Dans la chambre de certains de nos amis, l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. Ne pas hésiter à changer de chambre. Bar du rez fermé en permanence. Pas de restaurant sur place. Tapis déchiré et élimé dans le lobby. Un établissement construit avec de grandes ambitions, mais qui n'a pas su tenir son niveau.

优秀的床上用品。浴室一切都运转良好。空调和无线网络也可以使用。晚上酒店很吵，可以看到没完没了的号角音乐会：我们位于市中心（但有充足的私人停车位）。工作人员不会说英语。卫生纸数量不足。没有备用卷（我们朋友的房间也一样）。傍晚时分，大厅陷入黑暗。自助早餐是典型的中式早餐，这对我们欧洲人的口味来说是完全压抑的。没有咖啡可用。在我们的一些朋友的房间里，空调不起作用。不要犹豫，换房间。一楼的酒吧永久关闭。现场没有餐厅。大堂里的地毯又破又破。一个雄心勃勃的机构，但未能保持其水平。

Das Hotel in Erenhot an der Grenze zur Mongolei hat alle Erwartungen positiv übertroffen. Es liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum. Der Zimmerstandard erfüllt alle Wünsche. Der Service ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel wurde im Jahr 2007 gebaut und ist gut unterhalten.

位于与蒙古接壤的二连浩特的酒店超出了所有人的预期。它很安静，但仍然位于中心。房间标准满足所有愿望。服务很好而且很有礼貌。酒店建于2007年，维护良好。
