Good stay with friendly staff. Was offered early check in which is much appreciated in view of early flight arrival. Buffet breakfast was decent with simple variety of local and international choices. Was able to walk to nearby subway station around 5-7mins away.

During my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Guomao, I was impressed by the combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Located in the bustling Chaoyang district, the hotel offers easy access to key business and entertainment areas, making it an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure visitors.The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff eager to assist with any requests. The lobby has a modern and welcoming ambiance that sets the tone for the entire stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The bed provided a excellent night’s sleep, and the amenities, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge, added to the convenience. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and quality toiletries.The location is another strong point. It’s just a short walk to the subway station, enabling easy exploration of Beijing. Additionally, many corporate offices and shopping centers are within close proximity.Overall, my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Guomao exceeded expectations. The combination of excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes it a highly recommendable hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The rooms were really nice, even the hairdryer was a dyson replica instead of the traditional hairdryer. Front desk was nice to let us check in early when we arrived at 10.30am. One of the counter staff (forgot her name) during the night shift was very helpful in assisting us when we wanted to order via Meituan. They were also helpful in trying to help us solve the wifi issue. But end up due to me needing to use VPN to use their wifi.. I guess my only gripe was the pillows were too soft, which made it extremely flat and no neck support. But other than that I would love to stay here again!

Front desk staff Luna, Eva and Cici were really helpful to facilitate an earlier check-in upon our arrival at 1130 and also addressing our queries/requests over our two-night stay. At the price point, we were pleased with the good value for money: new facilities (including free guest self service laundry washers and dryers), decent breakfast and good location ＜10 minutes walk from YongAnLi station (line1). The added bonus was the SzeChuan restaurant 一个叫川的地方 next door where we had a tasty dinner after a exhausting day exploring the magnificent city of Beijing. Thanks again to the Hilton Garden Inn team. Keep it up!

I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn Guomao Beijing from 31.3.2025 to 6.4.2025.Their service is super good. Especially their Deputy Director Calvin is very helpful. We give 5 stars to his service😊.
