Amazing hotel with delicious breakfast and stellar service 🌟👍🏼 We checked in around midnight and Mandy & her male colleague (tall guy with a ponytail) tended to all our needs — even helping us with cooking the rice box 😄 Rooms are extremely cozy, breakfast was delicious, and the free shuttle service to airport was very convenient. I’d highly recommend!

Very clean Garden Inn that is close to Daxing Airport. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the hotel directly and the trip is only around 5 minutes. Checking in is easy. They gave my 7 year old daughter a stuffy. The service here is great. We didn't ask for much, but when we did ask for something, the staff here would fulfill our request. They also gave us a plate of fruit which was a nice surprise. However, I think later we learned that Hilton Honors members with status get the fruit. I wasn't 100% clear on that. A nice touch regardless. They also have robots that deliver things to your room like takeout or utensils. The restaurant is downstairs beside the lobby. The food options are limited compared to other Hiltons in China, but they do have someone there making noodle bowls if you want. Overall, we were here for two stays. Once upon arrival and once before leaving China. If we transit through Daxing again, we will likely stay here again.

The room is clean, hygienic, and tidy. The morning buffet is also quite rich. It is very close to Daxing Airport and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel also has self-service laundry, which is convenient for leisure and business trips. The cost-effectiveness is also very high，The restaurant offers simple meals that can meet my needs, and the service also makes me feel like I'm going home

房间干净、卫生、整洁。早上的自助餐也比较丰富。距离大兴机场很近，交通十分便利。酒店还设有自助洗衣房，为休闲、商务出行提供便利。性价比也很高，餐厅提供简单的餐食可以满足我的需求，服务也让我有回家的感觉

Great hotel, close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a bus from the airport every 30 minutes. From the airport, the shuttle departs from the 4th floor, exit 4.|The staff is pleasant and helpful. When I checked in, they gave me a flower. So cute!|The room was large and quite luxurious, with a switch by the bed to open and close the curtains, an automatic flush toilet and a heated toilet seat )|Good sound insulation, I didn't hear any planes.|Tasty breakfast.|The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay during a transfer.

Stay one night 9th to 10th of May. Hotel provides free airport transfers which was appreciated late at night. They ask for you to call the hotel when your flight has landed which is difficult if you don't have access to data/mobile Sim. I emailed them in advance to let them know my flight number and time but they still needed a call. Airport staff helped us with this and when we arrived outside the minibus was already there taking other people so it wasn't a problem but it did add a little stress late at night.|Check-in was okay but staff not as welcoming as some other hotels we stayed in, might just have been a language barrier. The room was large and quite luxurious with a switch by the bed to open and close the curtains self flushing toilet and heated toilet seat (not that we needed it given the temperature at that time of year). Nice mini fridge with drinks. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. I would definitely recommend this hotel if needing somewhere near to the airport.

No aircon, no fan, there is no window can open, the room is hot and stuffy. The hotel should be honest in the booking site to mentioned no air con, there is no window can be open for fresh air and possible no fan so that we can choose another hotel. This is NOT an honest hotel and it's Hilton! We checked in around midnight and we need to wake up at 6am to catch the flight, therfore we have no more option. We DID NOT get a good night sleep which is the basic need so what is the point of having a near location but didn't get a good sleep. There are many others hotel nearby, we choose Hilton because i m one of the member but very disappointed. ALSO do remember to be self service if you have lots of luggage, the hotel staff will ignore you, front desk service is terrible, they will ignore you too, I can't believe this is International brand service standard. The duty manager gave us 2 cokes and juice because he cannot do anything and he said he will give us the discount on the room and we are waiting for it, let's see whether they said what they do or maybe another lie.

Interracial couple plz AVOID this place ! Extreme patriotism among the males in the front desk. My wife who held a Chinese citizenship tried to check in with me (American) . The front desk guy refused to talk to her and even not glance a eye while she asked politely to check in, and later the guy even called out all the male employees from the back to whisper among each other about how she “betray “ her communism beliefs. It’s pretty ridiculous since she was raised in both cultures and fluent in both language. Chinese has animosity towards the western especially American since the propaganda, but not letting us check in and giving cold shoulder by our races is highly against the Hilton policy. We have witnessed xenophobia after the pandemic in China, but not in customer service in Hilton owned by U.S. corporations. Any nationals who’s Taiwanese, American, or Chinese descendants who hold other citizenship should watch out this place. The gym is decent, most rooms has no hot water or stable wifi since they are still under construction.
