很多年前住过麗枫，这次来北京办事附近刚好有麗枫，就再一次预定了，很安静，房间干净，服务员很热情，服务很贴心。

第二次入住麗楓服務人員很友善離機場近30分鐘左右車程附近有超市也很容易叫外賣房間乾淨安靜舒服而且我女生出行很喜歡他有暗鎖

Unfortunately it was the lowest score of our 2 months travelling in China. The hotel don't stand up to LAVANDE brunch standards. Rooms are run down with broken staff, dirty carpets and not working equipment. The worst thing is we stayed for 9 nights and our room wasn't cleaned properly even once! They just drop water, towels and take rubbish. There where people smoking in reception and at breakfast (both places have large NO SMOKING red signs on walls). The stuff couldn't be bother to do anything even that situation repeated itself, they just ignore it. The work on hotel was done on Sunday we couldn't open the window whole day because of noise. This work could be done in week days for sure. All this is foult of poor, bad management. Not worth money!Stay somewhere else.

不幸的是，这是我们两个月中国之旅中评分最低的酒店。这家酒店连薰衣草早午餐的标准都达不到。房间破旧不堪，员工态度恶劣，地毯肮脏，设备也经常坏掉。最糟糕的是，我们住了九晚，房间竟然一次都没打扫过！他们只是简单地放了些水和毛巾，然后把垃圾带走。有人在前台和早餐区吸烟（这两个地方墙上都贴着醒目的红色“禁止吸烟”标志）。即使这种情况再次发生，工作人员也置之不理，视而不见。酒店周日进行装修，噪音太大，我们一整天都无法开窗。这种装修完全可以在工作日进行。这一切都是管理不善造成的。不值这个价！千万别住这家酒店。
