Xichen Inn

A very bad experience here. The service is outrageous. 1. Supposed check out at 8.30am but front desk come knocking the door. Yes, knocking the door instead of paging thru phone. Asked to bring out all luggage before 7.30am. 2. Ordered breakfast at 8am, we reach 7.55am and was served cold coffee. I thought I ordered ice coffee. Outrageous! 3. The front desk service is lousy when checking in. No smile, no greetings and was very rushing. 4. Cannot ask questions. If you ask, they will show annoyed face to you.

这里的经历非常糟糕。这项服务太离谱了。 1. 本来应该早上8.30退房，但是前台来敲门。是的，敲门而不是通过电话寻呼。要求在早上 7.30 之前取出所有行李。 2. 早上 8 点订了早餐，我们早上 7.55 就到达了，并提供了冷咖啡。我以为我点了冰咖啡。太离谱了！ 3.办理入住时前台服务很差，没有笑容，没有问候，而且很匆忙。 4. 不能提问。如果你问，他们会对你露出恼怒的表情。

In Gubei Watertown, we stayed at Xichen Inn. We chose the Duplex Family Room A. This room type can accommodate up to 4 guests with a maximum of 4 adults. Bed type: 2 Kang (Chinese traditional bed). Overall, it is a nice Inn and we are very satisfied with the services. The location is not far from Simatai Great Wall cable car and hot spring. All within walking distance.

我们在古北水镇入住了西辰客栈。我们选择了复式家庭房A。此房型最多可容纳4位客人，其中最多可容纳4位成人。床型：2炕（中式传统床）。总的来说，这是一家不错的客栈，我们对服务非常满意。客栈位置距离司马台长城缆车和温泉不远，步行即可到达。

This hotel is the perfect blend of traditional and modern styles. The old town design is preserved, but the facilities are updated to meet the needs of modern travelers. The family room, with its unique layout of up and down stairs, provides ample space for us to relax. The room also beautiful and offers essential amenities such as hot water, air conditioning, and complimentary tea and snacks. The hotel serves delicious buffet breakfast. I enjoy the traditional gubei breakfast!

这家酒店完美融合了传统与现代风格。保留了古城的设计风格，并更新了设施，以满足现代旅客的需求。家庭房采用独特的上下楼梯布局，为我们提供充足的休息空间。房间也很漂亮，提供热水、空调以及免费茶点等基本设施。酒店提供美味的自助早餐。我很喜欢传统的古北早餐！

Very conveniently located within the central of Gubei town. Everything is within a small walk from my room. Exterior looks very ancient and interesting. Inside the room is very clean and comfortable. They even provided a voucher for hot spring which is about 5 mins walk away. Hot spring was superb after a long day. The entrance to taking the cable car up simatai section of the Great Wall is just 3-5mins walk away. Making it extremely convenient. Night views are superb and a must GO for everyone visiting the gubei water town.

地理位置优越，位于古北镇中心，交通便利。从我的房间步行一小段路即可到达所有地方。外观古色古香，别具一格。房间内部干净舒适。他们甚至还赠送了温泉券，步行约5分钟即可到达。忙碌了一天后，泡个温泉真是太棒了。从酒店步行3-5分钟即可到达司马台长城的缆车入口，出行非常方便。夜景美不胜收，是所有来古北水镇的游客的必游之地。

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Very nice toilet with amenities in family room, room is v clean. Courtyard is pretty. The place is so convenient for the fountain show and walk to Great Wall. However, Lugging luggage to/from the inn is inconvenient. The cobbled pavement and stairs will mean that a porter must be available to help. The staff is polite and helpful, quick to accommodate to your needs. Just a suggestion to have blackout curtains in room. Thank you v much for a lovely stay.

早餐简单但美味。家庭房的卫生间设施齐全，房间非常干净。庭院很漂亮。从这里去喷泉表演和步行到长城都非常方便。但是，拖着行李往返旅馆不太方便。鹅卵石路面和楼梯意味着需要有人帮忙。工作人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人，能迅速满足您的需求。只是建议在房间里安装遮光窗帘。非常感谢您让我们度过了愉快的住宿。

Xichen Inn is very old from the outside surrounding but has clean and comfortable room.We took a bus from Beijing Bus Station, each person 48 yuan to Gubei Bus station about 2 hrs journey. Xichen Inn is located in Gubei Ancient Water Town.From the entrance of Gubei Ancient Water Town you can board a free shutter bus to Xichen Inn.Xichen Inn is very close to Simatai Great Wall of China, walking from Xichen Inn about 80m.Xichen Inn is surrounded by all the places of interest in Gubei Ancient Water Town. Good breakfast provided.Good diiner near Xichen Inn.Receptionist is very helpful.

西辰客栈外观老旧，但房间干净舒适。我们从北京汽车站乘坐大巴，每人48元，到古北汽车站，车程约2小时。西辰客栈位于古北古水镇。从古北古水镇入口处，您可以乘坐免费班车前往西辰客栈。西辰客栈距离司马台长城很近，步行约80米即可到达。西辰客栈周围环绕着古北古水镇的所有名胜古迹。提供美味的早餐。西辰客栈附近的餐厅不错。接待员非常乐于助人。
