Great stay in the heart of Gubei Watertown! The room was spacious, clean and well-decorated, capturing the sense of antique living. The breakfast at the property was great- they offered tons of options that we selected upon check-in (the breakfast menu was in English) and the portions were big. We recommend getting a few options and sharing. The Inn is at the farther end of Gubei and is super close to the entrance of the Simatai Great Wall, making it convenient to get an early start on a Great Wall hike.

Hotel located within the Gubei Water Town complex. Check-in is done within the main building of the complex. A 60¥ fee per person needs to be paid on top of the hotel to be able to get inside the complex. The complex looks like a Themed Park, really nice during night time. The illuminated Great Wall of China can be seen during night time as well as the light drone show.Regarding the hotel itself, it was nice that and the staff very friendly. The free breakfast is definitely something you don’t want to miss! Recommended!

The hotel is located very close to the Simatai great wall entrance and you can get some views of the great wall from the courtyard and the room.The room was also very spacious and the double bed was super comfortable.

酒店距离司马台长城入口很近，从庭院和房间都可以看到一些长城的景色。房间也很宽敞，双人床超级舒服。

It was a very nice stay for us with our 2 children. Thanks a lot for your support and the good food we have got. With pleasure again and we can recomend it. A very nice traditional chinese hotel.
