飯店服務人員態度親切，房間非常大且舒適安靜，或許是非旺季人群少，但非常適合我這種不喜歡太過擁擠的旅客。溫泉池內的邊角有很多沈積物，甚至在類似獨立小區塊的池子內看到食物殘渣及水面會有很多浮屑。建議最好要能定期徹底消毒清洗浴池較好

I was upgraded from the holiday inn express next door to this hotel. What a nice surprise! This is a very nice hotel from amenities to stuff. Special thanks to front desk staff Li Jie? Sorry I’m not sure I remember his name right. But he really took care of us with all of our requests and he made sure that we are comfortable. Thank you Li, thank you Crown Plaza. We really enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay at your hotel.

Took our 2 year-old for a 2 night stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly too, particular Tina. They saw we had a child and upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed.The hotel had a lot of facilities for children for all ages. Indoor/outdoor play room/area, go-carts and kids play programme. My daughter had a great time whilst there!我们带着2岁女儿入住了2晚。酒店很新，房间很干净也很宽敞。服务人员态度很好，特别是贵宾经理汤丽娇(Tina)。入住时看我们带着孩子并给我升级了超大床房。每晚孩子在床上跳的很开心。酒店里有很多孩子玩的设施，室内外游乐场，卡丁车以及适合各类儿童的活动。2天女儿玩的很开心!

Locating in Yanqing district, fresh air and unique scenery in fall bring you tranquil and peaceful state of mind. Staff are always very helpful and supportive. Nicely designed guest room with extremely cleanliness control. Foods served at Chinese restaurant are wonderful and authentic, which wipes my desire to order takeaways. A range of activities to be scheduled for children and family though many were cancelled due to pandemic restriction policy. Good value for money, and will come and stay again.

于26-28日入住酒店，参加会议，会议期间感受到了宴会服务经理Jerry的热心服务，销售部团队（Matt）的得力支持。使得这次重要的会议取得会议圆满成功。酒店设施完善，园区风景美丽，之后期待更多合作

Big room with extra king size bed.provide good sleep condition. Swimming pool is not big as expected, too many people in the pool. Restaunt is good, but the bee age type is limited. Environment is very well.

Very good hot spring travel, I like it. Although it’s a little bit expensive, but no people there. Quella Feng help me to buy some pants for baby! I appreciate it! I will visit there again with my friends
