room was clean and tidy but didn't provide shower cap. the swan to ask for clean bed sheets cost 100 if u want to buy. view was nice. lots of facilities such as indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, children play place etc. the all you can eat breakfast has a lot of choices and all are delicious. I recommend the watermelon juice, fried egg, fried rice.

房间干净整洁，但没有提供浴帽。如果要买天鹅要干净的床单要100。景色很好。设施很多，如室内游泳池、健身房、水疗中心、儿童游乐场所等。自助早餐有很多选择，都很美味。我推荐西瓜汁、煎鸡蛋、炒饭。

We only visited the restaurant and did not check-in. We tried their afternoon desserts, and it is indeed good. Salted caramel ice cream is divine!

I was there with my wife and we had an excellent stay there. We went to Great Wall of China with Riri the duty manager. She was superb & my wife became friends with her. Overall, we just loved her! Please find her if you guys stay there. She will definitely happy to help you guys! Keep up the good work Riri, we hope we’ll come back & see you again soon! Thank you for kind service.

Extraordinary hotel North of Beijing in a beautiful landscape Basically a very luxury Kempinski hotel with all you expect when staying in such hotel. The extra is the location next to a beautiful lake surrounded by a resort when the hotel comes in a special shape, representing 'Luck' in China. The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped. Small issues with the AC not being powerful to cool the room down sufficiently. The rooms located to the lake have breathtaking views, both at daylight and especially at night, when the overall surrounding is illuminated by a spectactular light show in the forest and also over the mountains you see in the disctance. Within the hotel there are a few restaurants, also a German style 'Paulaner Bräu' with excellent types of beer. The breakfast is fantastic with all you can imagine from the Chinese and European kitchen. There is a gym and a pool to relax and repower. The location is perfect to visit the 'Great Wall' in approx. 30 min. by car. Overall an extraordinary place to have a great time.

北京北部风景优美的非凡酒店 基本上是一家非常豪华的凯宾斯基酒店，拥有您入住此类酒店时所期望的一切。额外的一点是，酒店位于美丽的湖泊旁边，周围环绕着度假村，其形状特殊，在中国代表着“幸运”。房间非常宽敞，设施齐全。空调不够强大，无法充分冷却房间，这是一个小问题。位于湖边的房间无论在白天还是在晚上都可以欣赏到令人惊叹的景色，整个周围都被森林中以及远处山脉上壮观的灯光秀照亮。酒店内有几家餐厅，还有一家德国风格的“Paulaner Bräu”，提供优质啤酒。早餐非常棒，有你能想象到的中式和欧式厨房的一切。酒店设有健身房和游泳池，供您放松身心、恢复活力。该位置非常适合游览“长城”。 30分钟开车。总的来说，这是一个度过美好时光的非凡场所。

It's a nice hotel but that's all. No fun surprise no big disappointment. The pool is open to public so there are many local folks bring their children to visit, which is okay but made the facility a little bit too crowded at the same time. Gym is nice, restaurant is good. Unfortunately the bar is closed due to the pandemic. Overall good experience but I kinda expected more...

这是一家不错的酒店，但仅此而已。没有什么有趣的惊喜，也没有大的失望。游泳池向公众开放，因此有很多当地人带着孩子来参观，这还可以，但同时也让该设施有点过于拥挤。健身房很好，餐厅也很好。不幸的是，酒吧因疫情而关闭。总体来说很好的经历，但我有点期待更多......

Nice view, good service. The manager in lobby, Ken, he introduced many interesting places to us and also reminded us to wear more clothes since it is cold outside. He is very considerate and I think our experience is memorable.

景色不错，服务很好。大堂经理Ken，他向我们介绍了很多有趣的地方，还提醒我们多穿衣服，因为外面很冷。他非常体贴，我认为我们的经历令人难忘。

这次带老人孩子出来玩，住的酒店房间都挺不错的。退房时候大堂挺多小朋友的，孩子一不留神就不知道跑哪里去了，大堂的苏经理很好很有爱心，帮我们找到小朋友并帮忙看护，很感谢他，退房工作人员还送了我们一些小礼物，很贴心。
