We felt very welcomed as we arrive at the hotel and the staff was very kind. The room felt a bit old and the temperature was cold when we came in. The staff informed us that the heating didn’t work in summer. We had a giant bath our children really like it but I had to clean the bath and bathroom a bit because it wasn’t very clean and a bit dusty. The bed were comfortable and the over all experience felt okay.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Beijing, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. When we encountered a minor issue with the tap, they efficiently and promptly changed our room. Plus, the adorable robot delivering our waimai (takeout) to the room was super efficient!The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was super clean and thoughtfully provided with everything we needed, including a steamer for our wrinkled clothes. The only small challenge was the light combinations – turning on the bathroom lights would trigger other lights in the room, making nighttime trips to the toilet a bit tricky without waking up my partner. But aside from that, the room was cosy, sexy, and elegant – the perfect blend.While the location isn’t very convenient for sightseeing, the Crystal Orange is conveniently close to a metro station. So, getting around the city was still manageable.I highly recommend the Crystal Orange to anyone visiting Beijing. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable!"

The staff was really friendly, helped me with all my needs. They even let me have a late checkout during a holiday time. The room was beautiful! The only issue was that in the picture it shows there is a swing next to the bed but there wasn’t one in my room. A little disappointed. Overall it was great, I would definitely come back again!

極度推薦前台所有工作人員服務態度認真，細心，友善！幫了我解釋很多事情！非常感謝他們的熱情幫助！酒店地點很方便，喜歡看藝術走路去798 很近，坐車去央美也很近。酒店對面商場內吃的種類也很多。下次去北京，肯定再入住的酒店

Amazing staff and managers. For long business trip, you definitely need laundry. Thi hotel has pretty good laundry machine and services

Very very very positive experience. The entrance inside looked like a modern art exhibition. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. The hotel room is really nice. We had one with the transparent bathroom window, separate bathtub, and shower. Had some of my most restful nights in the bed, which was very spacious. The cleanliness was good, and water bottles were provided daily. The bedside light and curtain controls are also very helpful. The hotel is also served by little robots, which ride the elevator to your room and can deliver extra water, toiletries, or food. The location is very convenient, in front of a shopping centre and near many more. There is also the subway station nearby, as well as many buses and bikes available to use for transport. It's very near the 798 art district as well. Overall, it is very much recommended.

非常非常非常积极的经历。里面的入口看起来就像一个现代艺术展览。工作人员非常有礼貌并且乐于助人。酒店的房间真的很好。我们住的是一间带透明浴室窗户、独立浴缸和淋浴的浴室。我在非常宽敞的床上度过了一些最宁静的夜晚。 清洁度很好，每天提供瓶装水。床头灯和窗帘控制也非常有用。 酒店还有小机器人提供服务，它们可以乘坐电梯到您的房间，并可以提供额外的水、洗漱用品或食物。 位置非常方便，位于购物中心前面，附近还有很多购物中心。附近还有地铁站，还有许多公交车和自行车可供使用。离798艺术区也很近。总体来说非常推荐。
