便宜的、乾淨的旅館，對面是對外貿易大學，附近步行五分鐘的距離有地鐵站，交通方便，也有便利店7-eleven、快餐店永和大王等生活機能不錯，缺點是晚上周圍是風化區，出入份子複雜。

第二次入住，位於對外貿易大學對面，餐廳只有提供中餐，還行，這次較差勁的地方是房務員無視我請勿打擾的燈號直接進入打掃，讓我嚇了一跳。

The hotel itself is not the best out there, that's for sure. Rooms were not clean, linen was also lacking cleanliness. Mattresses are absolutely uncomfortable and hard. Staff don't speak English. Toilets seem to clog up quite frequently and it takes ages to get them fixed. Good location if you are going to UIBE though! Views are not very attractive. There is a gentlemen's club on level 4 so expect your weekend elevator trip to be filled with smokers, smoking in the lifts, yes they do it. Pretty noisy hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference on the UIBE campus. My room overlooked a parking lot with garbage dumpsters, so no real view. The room was clean and functional--very hard Chinese beds, a very good shower (though the water never got really hot), recently upgraded toilet and sink. No foreign language tv, but about 50 channels of Chinese television. Free wifi in the room, and it worked well. Amenities rather lacking, though. No hairdryer in the room or available to borrow at the front desk, the room safe didn't work, not much lighting in the room. No one at the front desk appeared to speak any English at all. There is supposed to be a restaurant on site, but it is closed. Luckily, there are several fast food and sit down restaurants nearby. The subway is a 15 minute walk away. All in all, it was adequate but at the rack rate of 750 yuan, you could do much better.

PROS: Location to UIBE. Newer than the other hotels on the same street. Clean, modern bathrooms. New mattresses; I saw them replacing mattresses in each of the rooms. Good strong air conditioning—a necessity in Beijing in July. Spacious room. Near restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the Metro station. ||||CONS: Wifi was slow. No English channel stations on the TV. Would receive unsolicited calls from massage services late at night. Some issues with elevators (forced to stop at a nightclub on the fourth floor when coming or going on weekend nights). ||||BOTTOM LINE: OK.

Жила в этом отеле две недели во время обучения в близлежащем Университете Международного Бизнеса и Экономики. Если вы тоже ищете жилье на время обучения - идеальный вариант. До центра придется добираться на метро около получаса.||Номера довольно просторные, сантехника в полном порядке. Персонал доброжелательный, уборка каждый день.||Рядом 7eleven, несколько ресторанов, баров, кофеен и кафе.

我在附近的对外经济贸易大学学习期间在这家酒店住了两周。如果您也在学习期间寻找住房，这是一个理想的选择。乘坐地铁大约需要半小时即可到达市中心。||房间相当宽敞，管道状况良好。工作人员很友好，每天打扫卫生。||靠近 711 便利店、几家餐馆、酒吧、咖啡店和咖啡馆。

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a school trip to China. Average room quality, Wi-Fi Good, food bad - only Chinese food for breakfast not even any bread, or milk ! Even getting to the restaurant was weird. You had to take the lift to the ground floor, walk past reception to another lift, and up one floor, no stairs ! Good mini market just past reception where you could buy drinks and snacks to take to your room. The hotel also lent me an umbrella for the day when the weather was inclement.

Гостиница находится рядом с университетом UIBE. Рядом есть все необходимое: круглосуточный магазин, рестораны, бары и банк. До центра около получаса на метро. Что касается непосредственного размещения, номера довольно просторные. Убирают редко, обычно ограничиваются сменой посуды и полотенец. Персонал на ресепшене не говорит по-английски. Имеется бесплатный вай-фай (скорость очень низкая).

酒店毗邻对外经济贸易大学。附近有您需要的一切：24 小时商店、餐馆、酒吧和银行。乘坐地铁约半小时即可到达市中心。至于实际住宿情况，房间相当宽敞。他们很少打扫卫生，通常仅限于换盘子和毛巾。接待人员不会说英语。有免费Wi-Fi（速度很低）。
