It’s supppeer nice and better than many other hotels in Beijing cause it’s new! Can recommend it 100%. My room smelled fresh, duvets and towel were new and clean. The toilet 🚽 is all automatic (no opening and pressing buttons for flushing even), the showers were fresh. Reception speaks some English. Would recommend it. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t say

The staff are excellent. Managers on shift speak a little English to help you out when you need it. The rooms are immaculate and up to date. Housekeeping is outstanding and will attend to your every need. Gold and above level food area is hosted well and treat guest excellent. Nearby the location of the subway and bikes are always out front to help you get to where you are going.

Being a Hilton Honors member really paid off during our 4-nights stay. The service we got was top-notch, going above and beyond what we expected.||Right from reaching out to room manager Mr. Hao to stepping into the hotel, the welcome was so warm. The upgrade to the fancy suite for our family was such a nice surprise.||They were on point with cleaning and replacing everything daily, which is a big deal for us.||We asked for some welcome fruits, and they happily provided them.||Breakfast was solid, especially the wonton—definitely a winner.||While the executive lounge wasn't open during our stay, we noticed the breakfast spot had a bar setup. Looks like they might offer some cool services in the future. ||All in all, a great experience that made our stay extra special.
