房間乾淨整潔，湖景房景色优美，床上用品也很舒服，早餐选择多，各方面服務都很好，打扫房间的小哥马占旺服务亲切认真，是一次不错的入住体验。唯一美中不足的是设备稍旧，洗手间下水道有点味道！

My stay at Lake View Hotel in Panjiayuan, Beijing was fantastic! The hotel is located in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the lake, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always making sure my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. The hotel’s location is also a major plus, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Lake View Hotel to anyone visiting Beijing

Hotel przyzwoity. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i stara się. Ale przydałby się remont. Widać już mocno ząb czasu. Następnym razem szukałbym czegoś bardziej. Of metra 1.3km z walizkami to jednak problem. I z bolącą nogą córki.

体面的酒店。服务很有礼貌，也很努力。但它可能需要一些翻新。时间清晰可见。下次我会寻找更多的东西。地铁1.3公里，带着行李箱是个问题。还有我女儿受伤的腿。

I contacted the hotel by text about a week in advance to ask about early check in. I didn’t get a response. I arrived in Beijing around 5am and all I wanted was to have a nap before heading to an event at 9am. They made me wait 3 hours before checking in. I wasn’t offered coffee or even consoled. The business suite that I booked, which was a little pricey had a leak in the bathroom, when I put on the shower the floor flooded and I wasn’t able to use any electrical appliances. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

我提前一周左右发短信联系酒店，询问是否可以提前入住。我没有得到回复。我早上 5 点左右到达北京，我只想小睡一会儿，然后去参加 9 点的活动。他们让我等了 3 个小时才办理入住手续。他们没有给我提供咖啡，甚至没有安慰我。我预订的商务套房有点贵，浴室漏水，当我打开淋浴时，地板被水淹没了，我无法使用任何电器。我不会再预订这家酒店了。
