泰顺商务酒店

因为正好到这边出差，就入住了这个酒店，这个酒店的性价比还算不错，装修环境很高档，看起来很气派，不过位置稍微有点偏，总体入住还不错。下次到这边出差还会过来。

though there are negative comments and reviews about this hotel, but hey this is my opinion. if you are in a strict budget vacation, this hotel serves good halal food and the room rates are also suitable for budget tourists like you! the quality of service also is good. they provides free wi-fi (well, i think so) so we'll easily get access to the other side of the world >.< haha! the amenities at the hotel are also quite good though they don't provide tea spoon T.T the room service also good, when I was there none of my belongings were gone. though the staff are not friendly but hey who cares as long as i can sleep peacefully in the hotel.

虽然网上对这家酒店有一些负面评价，但这是我的个人意见。如果你预算有限，这家酒店提供美味的清真餐食，房价也适合像你这样的预算型游客！服务质量也不错。他们提供免费Wi-Fi（至少我是这么认为的），所以我们可以轻松连接到世界各地的网络 >.< 哈哈！酒店的设施也相当不错，虽然他们不提供茶匙 T.T 客房服务也很好，我入住期间我的所有物品都没有丢失。虽然员工不太热情，但只要能在酒店睡个好觉，谁会在意这些呢？

Even if you're on a strict budget, avoid this hotel. The name & appearance are deceiving. Far away from any nearest shops; one would wonder if a hotel would exist in such a deplorable location. Wifi in room & lobby but cannot access internet (only chat applications). No mini fridge, no complimentary mineral water, not even sachets of tea/coffee. They don't even vacuum the room. Mattress very hard like sleeping on plywood board. Very bad sewerage system, toilet smelly. Hot water from tap not consistent. Even its common toilet at lobby is very dirty around the bowl, floor & never cleaned. Furniture are falling apart, but kept intact wt fixes, screws etc that are not professionally done. Staffs do not speak or understand English, yet they claim it is a business hotel! Not even friendly. Available restaurant serves same food every meal, no variety. It is a halal restaurant but with such limitations, you would consider somewhere else.

即使预算非常有限，也千万别住这家酒店。酒店的名字和外观都具有欺骗性。它离最近的商店都很远，你会怀疑在这种糟糕的地方居然会有一家酒店。房间和大堂都有无线网络，但根本无法上网（只能用聊天软件）。没有迷你冰箱，没有免费矿泉水，甚至连茶包/咖啡包都没有。他们甚至都不打扫房间。床垫硬得像睡在胶合板上。下水道系统非常糟糕，厕所臭气熏天。热水供应不稳定。就连大堂的公共厕所也脏兮兮的，马桶周围、地板都脏兮兮的，从来没人打扫过。家具摇摇欲坠，但还是用螺丝钉之类的东西勉强固定着，做工极其粗糙。员工不会说英语，也听不懂英语，却声称这是一家商务酒店！而且态度极其冷漠。餐厅每餐都提供同样的菜式，毫无新意。虽然它是一家清真餐厅，但考虑到这些限制，你肯定会选择其他酒店。

I went to Beijing with a friend, my dad and my 8 year old son.We booked a package from here, so we were given two rooms. Though I have read about the negative reviews about this hotel, we don't have any choice. This hotel is quite a distance from the city or any supermarkets. The only good thing was that there's a muslim restaurant nearby. Th receptionist can't even speak in English. We have to use sign language should we need to request for anything.The bathrooms were smelly...as if someone had vomited in it.The breakfast was really bad. They hardly have anything except for some hard bread, rice, plain porridge. We had to smuggle in some sambal anchovies and rendang to give some taste to the bread.||The worst part was that on our check out, we were asked to bring back the bedsheet as they said there were stains on the bedsheet. They wanted to keep the deposit. What happened was that, we accidentally spilt a bit oily sambal on it .When I asked them to change the bedsheet, they requested for money to wash for that bedsheet. I told them I'll wash it myself. I managed to wash clean the bedsheet using a detergent , but on the check out, the worker there said it wasn't clean enough. ( even her friends had difficulties in finding the stain)I asked them to wash it in a washing machine and insisted they return back my money. Finally they showed the bedsheet to the manager and they were asked to return back my deposit. This was my first experience having to wash the hotel bedsheet.Thank goodness i got back my money...if not i won't leave the hotel until i get it back.

我和朋友、爸爸还有我8岁的儿子一起去了北京。我们订的是这家酒店的套餐，所以被安排了两间房。虽然我之前看过一些关于这家酒店的差评，但我们别无选择。这家酒店离市区和超市都很远。唯一的好处是附近有一家清真餐厅。前台接待员甚至不会说英语，我们只能用手语交流。浴室里有一股难闻的气味……就像有人在里面吐过一样。早餐也很糟糕，除了硬面包、米饭和白粥之外，几乎什么都没有。我们不得不偷偷带些叁巴酱和仁当牛肉来给面包增添一些味道。最糟糕的是，退房的时候，他们要求我们把床单还回去，说上面有污渍，还想扣留押金。事情是这样的，我们不小心把一点油腻的叁巴酱洒在了床单上。我要求他们换床单，他们却要我付钱洗。我说我自己洗。我用洗衣液把床单洗干净了，但是退房的时候，工作人员说还不够干净（连她的朋友都很难找到污渍）。我要求他们用洗衣机洗，并坚持要他们退还我的押金。最后他们把床单拿给经理看了，经理要求他们退还我的押金。这是我第一次要自己洗酒店的床单。谢天谢地，我拿回了我的钱……不然我非得把钱要回来才肯离开这家酒店。

i'm staying there for a week on second week of April 2016 for the first time travel to Beijing..haha...the hotel serve good for the Muslim people and they also have a small market inside the hotel. first, the room are comfortable but behind the curtain u will find a lot of dust and spiderweb..omg! plus my bed is on the corner near to the curtain..hm. the bed is yes it hard but it is comfortable for me..not so soft and not so hard.. the second and the next2 day the cleaners clean our room and they change the towel but on the forth day they didn't change the towel.. the hotel provide us with breakfast every morning by using coupon and the food are delicious but the menu never change. although i have read the negative review before going to Beijing but the reality is the hotel are great..for the review that mention the hotel are far from the town is absolutely right.. and plus the location are dark and it is located at the corner..they do provide extra pillow and blankets. oh.. the hotel is suitable for Muslim people and for the budget ..OK that all from me..

2016年4月第二周，我第一次去北京，在那里住了一周……哈哈……这家酒店对穆斯林客人很友好，酒店里还有个小超市。首先，房间很舒服，但是窗帘后面有很多灰尘和蜘蛛网……天哪！而且我的床在靠近窗帘的角落里……嗯。床确实有点硬，但对我来说还算舒服……软硬适中。第二天和接下来的两天，清洁人员打扫了房间并更换了毛巾，但是第四天他们没有换毛巾。酒店每天早上提供早餐券，食物很美味，但是菜单一直没变。虽然去北京之前我看过一些负面评价，但实际上这家酒店很棒。评论里说酒店离市区很远，这完全正确……而且位置比较昏暗，在街角……不过他们会提供额外的枕头和毯子。哦……这家酒店适合穆斯林客人，而且价格也合适……好了，我就说这么多。

Stayed here for family trip for about 4 nights. Everything is just okay except for the breakfast, the food is not that nice for me. Surprisingly, we had one dinner and one lunch at the hotel, ala carte and the food is quite nice. For room service, they chnaged our towels and toiletries everyday so we have fresh one everyday. For the bed, at first the bed is very hard for me but after awhile, it's quite nice, it feels just like the one I've seen in bamboo governmental store. Maybe it's their style of life. Same goes for the no fridge issue, China people do not drinks cold beverages so maybe that's the reason why they don't have fridge in the hotel room. No issue for me as i can buy one at their supermarket at the lobby.|Overall, everything is okay. Maybe my only problem is with the travel agent who said that we'll stay at 4 stars hotel. For me, this is only 3 stars hotel at most, if not 2 stars

我们一家人在这里住了大约四晚。除了早餐，其他一切都还不错，早餐对我来说不太好吃。出乎意料的是，我们在酒店吃了一顿晚餐和一顿午餐，都是点菜，味道相当不错。客房服务方面，他们每天都会更换毛巾和洗漱用品，所以我们每天都能用上干净的。床一开始对我来说很硬，但过了一会儿就觉得很舒服了，感觉就像我在竹子商店里看到的那种。也许这就是他们的生活方式吧。没有冰箱也是一样，中国人不怎么喝冷饮，所以也许这就是酒店房间里没有冰箱的原因。对我来说没关系，因为我可以在大堂的超市买一个。总的来说，一切都还可以。也许我唯一的不满是旅行社，他们说我们会住四星级酒店。在我看来，这最多也就是三星级，甚至可能是两星级。

I stayed here for 6D4N and I would not recommend any travellers to stay here. There are plenty choices of other good hotels.||1. Receptionists could not verse in English. We had to use google translator.|2. There is no wifi at all either in room nor lobby.|3. The mattress is hard! But with the daily tour day and night, it doesnt matter anymore.|3. Breakfast for muslim never changed. The same thing served everyday.|4. Hot water is not consistent.|5. Theres mold in the toilet.|6. Since I went for the package, all lunch is the same for the entire week except different places.|7. Please be aware (for those taking packages) that their counterpart will bring travellers to all shops called "Government Shop" where the staffs will persuade you to purchase their items. Some places even conned travellers that he/she is the son/daughter of the owner's shop and can give extreme discounts. |8. Please bring mineral water as most toilet does not have water.|9. There is a place called Silk Market which they will ONLY bring on the last day of tour. There is where the best place for travellers to go for good bargain. |10. The hotel is located no where near any malls or convinient shop.||Theres a lot more of dissatisfactory for this Beijing trip but for those who are going, please do your research on the hotels offered by your travel agent.

我在这里住了6天4晚，不推荐任何旅客入住。有很多其他不错的酒店可供选择。||1. 前台接待人员英语不好，我们不得不使用谷歌翻译。|2. 房间和大堂都没有无线网络。|3. 床垫很硬！但由于每天都要参加日夜游览，所以也无所谓了。|3. 穆斯林早餐从未改变，每天都是一样的。|4. 热水供应不稳定。|5. 厕所里有霉菌。|6. 因为我参加的是套餐，所以除了地点不同之外，整周的午餐都一样。|7. 请注意（参加套餐的旅客），他们的工作人员会带您去所有被称为“政府商店”的店铺，店员会极力推销商品。有些地方甚至会欺骗旅客，声称自己是店主的子女，可以给您提供极低的折扣。|8. 请自带矿泉水，因为大多数厕所都没有水。|9.有一个叫丝绸市场的地方，他们只会在行程的最后一天带游客去。那里是游客淘便宜货的最佳去处。|10. 酒店位置偏僻，附近没有任何商场或便利店。||这次北京之旅还有很多不尽如人意的地方，所以建议即将前往的游客，务必对旅行社推荐的酒店进行充分的调查。

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as part of the beijing tour arrangement. Can't really think of much positives about this hotel, except for the quiet surrounding....which is perfect for weary travellers. The room stinks due to the poor bathroom sewarage. The bed is hard, just like sleeping on a wooden plank. Breakfast is deplorable...pretty much catered for muslim since the food is halal.

作为北京旅游行程的一部分，我在这家酒店住了四晚。除了环境安静（这对疲惫的旅行者来说确实很理想）之外，这家酒店实在没什么优点。房间里臭气熏天，可能是因为浴室下水道太差。床很硬，就像睡在木板上一样。早餐也很糟糕……感觉像是专门为穆斯林准备的，因为食物是清真食品。
