卫生方面感觉很一般，服务态度需要提高，虽然是四星级的但是感觉比其他的要差一些

A supposed four star hotel but in China the star rating means very little. That said the hotel is clean and staff are reasonably friendly and accommodating. Lobby and lounge is large and there is a small convenience store, although it has only a limited selection of products. The rooms are clean but could do with a little refurbishment especially the bathrooms which felt very dated. Only Chinese stations on the TV but the WiFi was fairly fast. Breakfast was adequate. There are western options but they are limited. Mediocre coffee, warm sweetened milk, two cereals, toast and very salty butter etc. Chinese options better if you prefer that sort of thing. On the plus side the location is good. Close to the Panjiayuan Antique Market and subway station. Adequate but not fantastic.

一家所谓的四星级酒店，但在中国，星级评级意义不大。也就是说，酒店很干净，工作人员相当友好和乐于助人。大堂和休息室很大，还有一家小型便利店，但商品选择有限。房间很干净，但需要稍微翻新一下，尤其是浴室，感觉非常过时。电视上只有中文电台，但无线网络速度相当快。早餐很丰盛。有西方的选择，但它们很有限。平庸的咖啡、温热的甜牛奶、两种麦片、烤面包和很咸的黄油等。如果你喜欢这种东西，中式的选择更好。从好的方面来说，位置很好。靠近潘家园古玩市场和地铁站。足够但并不出色。

房間裡電視操作一小時打不開 電源插座一插整個房間跳電 我11月來，房間熱的像烤箱 啊冰箱不冰像微波爐 房間沒幾盞燈，可能是要我們自己點蠟燭 房間的床一躺下去直接被彈起來 有夠爛，下面支架沒喬好， 我還以為是員工在學槓桿物理學 朋友女生住的房間門壞掉 結果客服人員說每次進出先去櫃檯找他們？ 神經病！出去還要跟你們報備？ 房間錢是白繳的啊？

Nice lobby, rather dated rooms and especially bathrooms.

大堂很漂亮，房间有些陈旧，尤其是浴室。

It's not the best hotel it was okay and close to work.

这不是最好的酒店，但还可以，而且离工作地点很近。
