JI Hotel

以前就住過全季了所以這次去北京旅行也是首選的全季，這次選的是距離首都機場近的，走10分鐘左右就去到三元橋站，距離首都機場T3只有一個站的距離。從服務上來說，一如既往的棒，前台很用心的解答我們的問題，而且在退房那天我們早上去了南鑼鼓巷逛了下結果晚了回酒店退房，前台就馬上給我們延遲下午兩點退房，這個真的很窩心，總結而言，如果想距離機場近的話，這個酒店是很推薦的，適合旅行但趕飛機的旅客。

都很好 唯一的問題....洗澡水不熱，住了三晚正好趕上北京降溫-11度的晚上用微溫的水洗澡讓人懷疑人生偏偏三晚上都是冷到不行跟前台反映過也沒改善

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station which is decent, but the surrounding area seems to be mostly residential and quiet. The hotel itself is modern though is still somehow feels a little basic. We also experienced a smokey smell in the corridor but I understand this is sometimes out of the control of the hotel staff. It would be good to see this improved.

这家酒店距离最近的地铁站步行 10-15 分钟，还算不错，但周边地区似乎主要是住宅区，很安静。酒店本身很现代，但仍然感觉有点简单。我们还在走廊里闻到了烟味，但我知道这有时是酒店工作人员无法控制的。很高兴看到这一点得到改善。

The reception was not aware of our booking which we made through Trip.com. They refused our check-in.

接待处不知道我们通过 Trip.com 进行的预订。他们拒绝我们办理入住手续。
