Time walk s Hotel

I reserved this hotel for the Beijing International Book Fair. It's in straight line from CNCC and just about a 15-minute walking distance, so it is extremely convenient to walk to visit the exhibition. The hotel itself is not large but newly renovated and immaculately clean inside. The breakfast room is small but great value for money. There aren't many other amenities, but there are free laundry facilities offered, which is brilliant for longer stays. It is a pleasant location to focus on work and travel efficiently between the exhibition and hotel. Despite few of the staff speaking English, they were all friendly and helpful. One minor note: the hotel's map address on Google Maps is not accurate. If you use the Google Maps pin, you find yourself in the wrong place. I showed the map location to a taxi driver, and we both found ourselves in the wrong place. It wasn't until I entered the Chinese address that we were able to find the right hotel nearby. So I would recommend using the local address rather than the map pin.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Nostalgia Hotel (also known as Time Walk Hotel S). We traveled as a family with our son and booked the Business Double Room From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to assist with anything you need. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, communication is not a problem they use a translator app to ensure you’re well taken care of. One of the best parts of our stay was the number of thoughtful and generous freebies provided by the hotel. They offer: • 24/7 coffee and tea buffet in the lobby • Unlimited bottled mineral water • Refreshing mint candies available at all times • Foot soaking herbs for perfect after a long day of walking • Free self-service laundry and dryer access • Free midnight snacks served from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM • Essential travel items like shoe cleaner, face masks, shaving cream, toothpicks, women’s pad, and more The room may be compact, but it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel provides all basic hygiene essentials, including comfortable indoor sandals. I particularly appreciated the high-quality body soap it smelled great and felt luxurious. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with anti-slip flooring, which is a great safety feature. The room also came with free snacks and beverages, replenished daily, which we really appreciated. The buffet breakfast is also good! Not that much but it is elegant. I love their wonton and old Beijing fried noodles. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made our nights restful. It’s about a 10–12 minute walk to the nearest subway stations (Line 1 and Line 14), but if you choose to use a public bike, you can get there in just 3–5 minutes. Getting a Didi (ride hailing service) is also incredibly easy and the cars usually arrive within 2–3 minutes. Right across the street, there’s a fruit store, and nearby you’ll find a grocery shop and plenty of local food stalls and restaurants, perfect for trying out delicious local snacks and meals. This hotel offers great value for money, especially with all the included amenities. The service, cleanliness, location, and little extras make it a hidden gem for travellers especially families. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent service. Not far from city center. Rooms are above average. Free laundry service. Free supper as well. The staff are super helpful.

Good location. Easily get around and even with didi is super convenient.
