Tianxinliang Hotel

Let me start by saying it's a good hotel for the most part but it's very much tailored for Asians who have specific likes and comforts that are slightly different from Westerner expectations. Upside: Clean, friendly staff, large rooms, great value and good location for some of the larger China business outside of the city center. Downside: Very low water pressure and lukewarm water in shower. I asked about it but they didn't see the problem. Beds are rock hard. I mean, I've slept on concrete that had more give! Smokers dismiss the no-smoking signs in the rooms and halls. Staff speak limited English. Again, to be fair, it's probably higher quality than I'm giving but this is just a westerners take. I would recommend for location and price. But traveler be aware.

The location is very close to software center and close by baidu and Lenovo. Newly opened in 2013 so facilities are new. I find hair left in the bath tube so cleanness is not so good. Breakfast serves from 7am. About 40min to 1 hr from airport, depending on traffic. I would say this is another choice to make when the nearby holiday inn is full. ||Ctrip offers good rate!

None of hotel staff speaks English , not even working English. Breakfast is horrible specifically if you are from US, Europe or India. Strongly suggest look for other hotel if you dont know Chinese. Hotel room are full of hairs , yes hairs i said.... No proper cleaning. No English channel in TV. Wifi is horrible takes ages to work.

酒店工作人员都不会说英语，甚至不会说工作英语。早餐很糟糕，特别是如果你来自美国、欧洲或印度。如果您不懂中文，强烈建议您寻找其他酒店。酒店房间里满是毛发，是的，我说的是毛发……没有适当的清洁。电视里没有英语频道。无线网络很糟糕，需要很长时间才能工作。
