中關村小區地段，酒店下面就是餐廳和超市。附近一公里內有兩個地鐵站。酒店2024年新開，乾淨衛生，前台服務員主動有禮貌，保潔人員都很有禮貌，打掃得很乾淨。

飯店位置良好，樓下食衣住行皆具，櫃檯服務態度好，房間空間適當，房間備有小度音箱智能服務，洗衣、烘乾設備皆免費使用。

Very satisfied with this hotel! Super clean and cosy room. Shower water pressure is very high and warm water, perfect after a long day walk. TV service only 15 RMB with unlimited watch for 24 hours. Breakfast selection is good. Most importantly, service is excellent by the hotel receptionist, friendly and helpful.

对这家酒店非常满意！房间超级干净舒适。淋浴水压很高，水也很温暖，非常适合长途跋涉一天后使用。电视服务只需15元，24小时无限次观看。早餐选择丰富。最重要的是，酒店前台的服务非常出色，热情友好，乐于助人。

A convenient location close to the underground station. The sheets were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. A little bit difficult connecting to the WiFi. Unfortunately, the shower area was not water tight and water kept ingressing to the toilet area. I thought I didn't close the shower door tightly, but only figured out on the last night the shower tray had a tiny crack.

位置便利，靠近地铁站。床单干净。工作人员友好热情。WiFi连接有点困难。可惜的是，淋浴间不防水，水一直渗进马桶。我以为淋浴门没关紧，但直到昨晚才发现淋浴底盘有一条小裂缝。

Staffs at Lobby has been very helpfull and kind. When staff at front desk has to take an incoming call, some other staff come to guide me on how to ride subway to famous spots in Beijing.Room cleaners come every day, very clean.Their Robot has also been programmed well. The robot can move in & out elevator to accomplish its job to deliver the materials that has been requested by the guest..

大堂工作人员非常乐于助人，态度也很好。前台工作人员接电话的时候，其他工作人员会过来指导我如何乘坐地铁前往北京的著名景点。客房清洁人员每天都来，打扫得很干净。他们的机器人也编程得很好。机器人可以进出电梯，完成送客人所需物品的任务。

It was great staying here, the location is near to metro and convenient to travel around. The staffs were very friendly, they even gave me an upgrade!

住在这里很棒，位置靠近地铁，出行方便。工作人员非常友好，甚至还帮我升级了房间！
