前台的服務姐姐非常好， 人美心善， 給我升級了房間， 退房還送了一個工藝手袋。房間乾淨寬敞， 清潔阿姨人也非常熱情， 知道我喜歡蘇打水， 小冰箱給我添了好幾瓶！ 早餐也很豐盛， 大堂經理非常熱情打招呼！ 下次來北京還住這裏！😁😁😁

Positive: 1) Pretty clean hotel 2) Near to MRT station about 400m3) Free access to washing machine and dryer for doing laundry.Negative:1) No coffee machine available in the restaurant during breakfast. The coffee produced in the flask isn't nice.2) Restaurant a bit small and times that we have to wait for seat.

优点：1）非常干净的酒店2）靠近地铁站约400立方米）免费使用洗衣机和烘干机洗衣服。缺点：1）早餐期间餐厅没有咖啡机。烧瓶里煮出来的咖啡不太好。2）餐厅有点小，有时我们必须等待座位。

酒店到地鐵口很近，搭乘地鐵到動物園僅一站，酒店的服務親切有禮，其中有兩位笑容特別燦爛，服務熱情的工作人員，一位是4/4晚上遇到的清潔阿姨，一位是退房後主動上前招呼的劉燕祥先生，即使要離開酒店服務也是不打折，跟劉先生反應設施相關問題他的態度是認真傾聽，主動提及會向上反應，他們讓我對中關村美居留下非常好的印象！

Very Instagram friendly. I felt like I should be posing for a photo shoot in the very aesthetic space. Service was also good, though they asked for a Chinese phone number from a foreigner who just arrived in Beijing. Also the central heating was on too high.

非常适合Instagram。我觉得我应该在非常美观的空间里摆姿势拍照。服务也很好，尽管他们向刚到北京的外国人要了中国电话号码。中央供暖系统的温度也太高了。

Overall experience was very memorable, very nice staff from reception to room service, very hygienic, excellent breakfast.Only challenge is they don't have any lunch or dinner that makes it difficult and can loose customers to hotel hotels which offer.

总体体验非常难忘，从接待处到客房服务的工作人员都非常友善，非常卫生，早餐很棒。唯一的挑战是他们不提供任何午餐或晚餐，这让顾客感到很困难，并且可能会让顾客转向提供服务的酒店。

The concierge always greeted us with a smile every time we came in and out and asked if we needed any assistance. The housekeeping staff on the 8th floor is great!

每次我们进出时，礼宾部总是微笑着迎接我们，并询问我们是否需要任何帮助。 8楼的保洁人员很棒！

房間寬敞舒適乾淨，設施非常人性化，沖涼房空間充足，入住體驗十分良好。前台和其他酒店工作人員十分周到有禮，下次一定會再次入住。

Excellent service provided by the hotel staffs especially Mr Liu from concierge. Hotel room is clean and pretty too.

酒店员工特别是礼宾部的刘先生提供了优质的服务。酒店房间很干净也很漂亮。
