北京空港锦程宾馆

前幾天在北京轉機，因考量住宿地點，於是選擇該賓館。|| 網站照片拍的很美，可是內部不怎麼樣，房間煙味重，雙人房居然沒有衛浴設備，拖鞋兩隻不同顏色。公共浴室沒有燈，看起來好像很久沒有人使用，不是很乾淨，問櫃檯可否加價換房間，得到的答覆是已經客滿?這是什麼賓館?|| 這是第一次，也是最後一次@@

I arrived to find that the 'hotel' did not accept cards. I was only in the country for 15 hours so I had no cash. My very poor Mandarin and their lack of English made communication very difficult. After leaving me standing outside for 30 minutes, someone came to drive me to a cash point. He then demanded a tip for this service. |When I finally made it to my room, it was dirty - hair in the plug hole, blocked sink and the toilet seat was not attached. To make matters even worse, my room door did not lock. The hotel was very noisy with people shouting at each other and I did not feel safe knowing that anyone could simply walk into my room. |I booked for the night, but I left after a quick shower and freshen up.

Stayed here because it was near the airport and my flight was fairly early the next day. Took a taxi to get there, and there's virtually nothing to indicate that it's the place in question, aside from the letters JC above each window. The room (a twin) was really small and had no en-suite bathroom. This was actually in a separate building, which was dark and dirty. I had to use the light on my phone while showering, and the floor was so unclean I did it while wearing my sandals. It's very cheap and the staff are nice, though they don't look very cheery. I did sleep well however, and got to the airport in plenty of time, so if that's all you're looking for, then this place will do. Anything more and you should look elsewhere.

We needed a hotel ON the airport for an early flight the next morning. After much searching and many negative reviews we booked the above hotel - 1 triple room for 1 night - reasonable rate.||A very unwelcoming welcome at the reception - payment up front please - room stank of cigarette smoke - burn marks on the carpet and furniture, not one bedside lamp. "Courtesy van" next morning was a wreck and the driver sped dangerously around the airport roads.||So - if you really can't find anything else - the only redeeming feature of this dump was the price.

Ugly environment, recepcionist only speak one word in english (money, money) nor try to understand, don't accept credit cards, "free" transfer means a very bad trip, with the driver obliging you to give him "money, money" and "tip, tip". In sum, worst hotel I've ever expoerienced in my log life of travelling around the world...

环境丑陋，接待员只会说一个英语单词（钱，钱），也不试图理解，不接受信用卡，“免费”接送意味着一次非常糟糕的旅行，司机强迫你给他“钱，钱”和“小费，小费”。总而言之，这是我在环游世界的日志生活中经历过的最糟糕的酒店......

My room was so cold I had to sleep with my coat on. The staff was incredibly mean. And, I was not allowed to eat in the hotel's restaurant because I am African American. The guy running the restaurant gave me the middle finger and told me to get out. When I asked why, the hotel staff told me because I am black and laughed in my face.

Sent message to have the free shuttle service and they never got back to me, when I finally got in contact with them they spoke no English so kept hanging up the phone on me. When communicated in Chinese they said the shuttle was broken and had no concern for leaving us at the airport. Poor service with complete disregard for customer satisfaction do not recommend.

Like no service. It's an hotel near the airport but they've never heard of English i guess. The only thing they can do is giggeling.. O and be warned they have the most porest wifi and rooms without an bathroom! Staf is spitting on the floor (in my room as well. My toilet wasn't working so i showed them) If there was and minus start rate i'd give them -5 stars!!
