酒店的地理位置优越，出行很方便，到北海客運港只要步行5分鐘。停车场位置充足，预订员小傅服务态度超级贊。在這里享受到了我人生最好最热情麗的服務。房间配备设施齐全，干净整洁，住得很舒适，服务人员的服务态度非常好。自助早餐菜品丰富，还有各类特色小吃，酒店的环境很好，一楼还有健身房和儿童提供使用，总体的体验感真的超级棒！值得推荐

首先是服務絕對是五星級水準，每位服務人員都非常棒，對小朋友也非常友好！是目前住過最棒的服務態度！其次是公共設施都非常棒且乾淨衛生，親子設施豐富，早餐也非常可口多樣！唯一僅有房間內設施可能稍稍陳舊潮濕，但絕對不影響五星級表現！

比期望中的好，原本會比較擔心老酒店會舊，好像有重新裝修，小孩玩得滿開心，兒童樂園玩了好幾趟，兒童戲水區也安全，很不錯的親子酒店。房間看出去正對載客港口，視野廣。早餐品類齊全，還有當地特色、現煮海鮮粥。🚗 交通：我們是開車前往，不用停車費，僑港風情街走路1公里，掃個共享2元🔔服务：遇到的服務人員都蠻親切，有什麼問題前台小龐都可以幫忙解決。

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Sammy was very helpful at the front desk, great service. The facilities were good and it was the perfect place to relax for a couple of days.

北海金昌开元名都大酒店，当地有名的五星级酒店，抵达的时候还没收拾好房间，办理了行李寄存，工作员小哥看娃喜欢大堂的气球就送给了他。|酒店早餐很有当地特色，水果也好吃，有儿童取餐台和餐具。酒店的位置很好，离码头，侨港风情街都不远，溜达着就到了。懒得出去的话，就在酒店吃了，也可以用app叫餐，饭啊蔬菜水果什么都能送非常方便。|入泳池之前有一块儿童乐园区域，泳池旁边还有小孩子可以玩的地方。而且节日时每天都会有不同的免费亲子活动，还会在房间准备贴心的节日礼物。客房够宽敞床够大够舒服，娃睡的很开心，服务员会还很贴心的帮客人把衣服放在阳台，点赞。

I mean the air con took hours to cool by a few degrees if you cranked it to 5 degrees, mirror was broken, outlet to refrigerator was broken so you had to take it out of the cabinet, toilet flushed weakly so you had to hold down the handle, shower drain was slow unless you removed drain cover, and the guests would not stop smoking on the lifts. I guess that would lead most people to give this hotel a 2 but these are small things that I could largely remedy - well not the smoking. ||||What was important to me was that it has a grand lobby, great staff, a breakfast with plenty of variety, very comfortable beds and towels, and a very well equipped gym. It is near Silver Beach but not the city so a taxi costs about 40 RMB each way as the hotel is isolated. Bei Hai in December is pretty dead so being near the beach is isolated. Other months you would be near the action.||||Across the road are a few restaurants. I liked the Korean one, but it is very local with no English spoken. Small store to the left of the street exit but it is very limited and also no English.||||Nice place to eat in the city is 6000 restaurant. Very good food at excellent prices and a menu with pictures.||||They have small buses across the street exit that take you into the city square for 1.5 RMB if you get tired of paying 40 RMB for a 20 RMB ride.||||Staff speak English, well some do. Outside the hotel that will be rare. Take along the hotel card and where you are going in Chinese characters not pinyin. ||||

It was a good decision to stay at the Golden Shining New Century Grand Hotel in Beihai. We booked two city-view rooms and one of them was upgraded to the sea-view room. Both room types were clean, modernly designed and comfortable with soft mattresses. The hotel stuff was always helpful in exploring of the city or explaining the way to the taxi drivers. Breakfast and dinner buffet at Western Restaurant offered a variety of local and European food. We enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately the swimming pool area was under renovation during our stay.

入住北海金灿开元名都大酒店是一个不错的决定。我们订了两间城景房，其中一间升级为海景房。两种房型都干净、设计现代、舒适，配有柔软的床垫。酒店的工作人员总是有助于探索城市或向出租车司机解释路线。西餐厅提供自助早餐和晚餐，提供各种当地和欧洲美食。我们非常喜欢它。不幸的是，在我们住宿期间，游泳池区正在装修。

来北海旅游预订入住此酒店。前几天在涠洲岛还在抱怨民宿的住宿条件很差，终于在最后一晚住回了市内，酒店装修和服务不输国际品牌五星。前台check in的时候，聊了一下，服务员美女请示了经理后给我从豪华海景房连升三四级，升级到了一百多平米的豪华大套房，180度的露台和落地窗，浴缸都能看到海。冷气很足，套房内的设施，装修都很新，很大气，空间宽敞。各项服务都不输国际品牌。|但是早餐稍显逊色，十点截止，已经没什么吃的了。
