Vanke Songhua Lake - New Story Hot Spring Hotel

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis.The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

1.可選擇滑出或是接送至雪場附近，滑進好像因雪道問題可以滑進的路沒開放。可能是雪季末關係？2.房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛，可直接租借雪具及購買雪票，比櫃檯價便宜。3.老闆很熱心協助解決任何問題，我班機因天氣因素臨時被取消了，本人為台胞無法撥打當地電話，老闆直接借了我手機將近一個小時跟航空公司聯繫處理。

设施：健全，溫馨路線，還有健身房，都很新🤩卫生：非常乾淨衛生，找不到缺點，又缺少的消耗品，很快補上，體驗感良好👍环境：非常好，晚上安靜，門口有兩個小孩溜滑梯🛝，整間都很溫暖，從進大門後，都不用穿外套，很讚！服务：這是這家旅店最大的特色！真的是把客人當做家人朋友，不厭其煩的協助任何事情，讓我們從租雪衣雪板、滑雪教練、到雪票全部都包含！兩台特斯拉接送客人，跟老闆談了經營理念，是位對滑雪充滿熱情的人，非常健談！這次滑雪教練也是店內的成員，十分的盡責又專業，讓我們擁有一次完美的體驗！🏂🏂這家的滑雪配件屬於中高端，即時不會滑，穿上就像專業的🤡下次會再來！❤️

一般非常好。招待好好。夏天來到，非常炅静，人不多。可能冬天会很多人來滑雪。酒店是有一点難找，自驾可好，不用走来走去。建議改善。有机会会再来。

清潔，舒適，有車接送往返雪場、餐廳，其實走路也就十分鐘之內，十分方便。門外有個小公園，公園舖滿的雪是閃閃發亮的，很干淨。有地暖、浴霸，水壓一般。景觀很好。
