长春开元名都大酒店

The hotel is in a suburban area of this city of 7.5 million people. The room was surprisingly large as was the bathroom. The wardrobe light came on when the door was opened. The staff were very efficient and suitcases were brought to the room quickly. The wifi was much more reliable than at some other hotels we stayed at on our holiday. The breakfast was OK, there being plenty of food choices although less Western food than at some other hotels.

I booked this hotel (through Agoda) because their website had pictures of the rooms and the amenities like fitness room and pool and the price seemed rather low for what it had to offer. I was not disappointed - I've never had such a large room for such a low price! Check in went smooth, my room (2 large beds) huge and to the side away from the busy crossing where the hotel is situated, had desk, smoothly working A/C, very large bathroom with great shower and large tub, toiletries including toothbrushes and combs, soft towels, much closet space with lamp inside, bathrobes, safe, ironing board, laundry service, electric kettle with free tea bags and instant coffee, free water bottles every day, large TV with some international channels (CNN, DW, HBO), good cleaning service. Large indoor pool but one needs a shower cap which can be bought for a hilariously high price at the desk (I got one at Decathlon for 1/10th of the demanded price!), fitness room with different tread mills etc., beauty saloon and massages available but personnel didn't speak English so didn't understand what I wanted, breakfast available (I chose to go without). The hotel has large lobby (but for the size nearly no seating available), many floors ( I think 16), some are for conventions and business meetings/ seminars which is why there are many Chinese business people, also a German bar (never went). ||What I didn't like (which is why I only rate it 4 stars): wifi only works in the room but NOT in lobby or hall, staff has only limited English speaking abilities and didn't understand some of my questions (I needed the help of my Chinese friend later), room carpet was rather stained and definitely needs a clean-up, check out took real long since there was only one person at the counter who was busy forever with the problem of some other guest, which I found annoying since my taxi was waiting. The area around doesn't offer much to do - some small stores (fresh fruit and veggies, bakery, convenience) and restaurants, a small park with statues, another huge hotel across the street.

我通过 Agoda 预订了这家酒店，因为他们的网站上有房间的图片以及健身房和游泳池等设施，而且价格相对其所提供的服务来说似乎相当低。我没有失望——我从来没有以这么低的价格住过这么大的房间！入住很顺利，我的房间（两张大床）很大，位于远离酒店所在的繁忙十字路口的一侧，有办公桌，运转顺畅的空调，非常大的浴室，配有很棒的淋浴和大浴缸，洗漱用品包括牙刷梳子、柔软的毛巾、带灯的宽敞壁橱空间、浴袍、保险箱、熨衣板、洗衣服务、带免费茶包和速溶咖啡的电热水壶、每天免费瓶装水、可收看一些国际频道的大电视（CNN、DW、 HBO），良好的清洁服务。大型室内游泳池，但需要一顶浴帽，可以在柜台以高价购买（我在迪卡侬以所需价格的 1/10 购买了一个！），配有不同跑步机等的健身房，美容院和提供按摩服务，但工作人员不会说英语，所以不明白我想要什么，提供早餐（我选择不吃）。酒店有宽敞的大堂（但就其面积而言，几乎没有座位），有很多楼层（我想是 16 层），有些是用于会议和商务会议/研讨会，这就是为什么有很多中国商务人士，还有一个德国酒吧（从来没有去过） ）。 ||我不喜欢的地方（这就是为什么我只给它评分 4 星）：无线网络只能在房间里使用，但在大厅或大厅不能使用，工作人员的英语能力有限，并且不明白我的一些问题（后来我需要我的中国朋友的帮助），房间地毯很脏，肯定需要清理，退房花了很长时间，因为柜台只有一个人，永远忙着解决其他客人的问题，因为我的出租车正在等待，所以我觉得这很烦人。周围地区没有太多可做的事情——一些小商店（新鲜水果和蔬菜、面包店、便利店）和餐馆、一个有雕像的小公园、街对面的另一家大酒店。

The price is quite unbelievable for this arguably 5-star hotel. Although located in the suburbs, the hotel is on the brand new Line 2 subway (Wanfu Street stop) that is only 15 minutes from Changchun West station for the high-speed train. The city centre is another 15 minutes away in the other direction, also easily reachable by subway. There isn't much in terms of food or shops in the immediate vicinity for the international tourist, but you can ride the historic tram 54 to the huge Wanda megamall at the end of the line (15 minutes). The room was large with plush carpeting, Western TV channel, good soundproofing, and tub/shower combo. Wear and tear is starting to show, but the staff are polite and try their best to mimick the international chain 5 star's service.

Good sized rooms with older styled furniture. Comfortable. But rooms are quite dark with one light fitting not working. Large bathrooms. ||Hotel is larger than it appears with longish winding corridors to get to your room. ||Decent buffet for breakfast with good variety. Mainly Chinese food with some western options.

房间大小合适，配有老式家具。舒服的。但房间很暗，一盏灯不工作。大浴室。 ||酒店比看上去要大，有长长的蜿蜒走廊才能到达您的房间。 ||自助早餐不错，品种丰富。主要是中餐，也有一些西餐。

We stayed for one night in the hotel.||It is China 5 star classic. Huge lobby, nice staff with limited English skills, decent breakfast with not many choices, but for one morning it was good enough. ||The rooms are really huge. ||It has nice pool. ||As I remember it has free WiFi, but I did not use it a lot so I do not know if it was fast or not... ||If I ever go to ChanChun again I would book it.

I booked this hotel because it said that it had a fitness room. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The decor of the lobby was beautiful, the breakfast was surprisingly good, and there were actually quite a few machines at the fitness center. Good to stay for a business trip.

Location:||Relatively close to FAW, however not so close to city center. There is a LOTTE shopping market nearby and some restaurant as well.||||Breakfast: huge breakfast area, however the choices for western food are fairly limited (I hate to eat eggs and bacon every day) ||||Internet: free Wifi, however very slow||||Room: Very spacious room, clean.||||Bathroom: spacious, I wisched however the towels to be white, as they were originally||||Minibar/Fridge: available. Bottled water is provided daily at no charge.||||Overall impression: Very nice, relatively clean (for China)

Nice business Hotel, professional personal & decent restaurants. The rooms are big, and quiet. there is a spa, a pool and a fitness center in the basement which can be used for free. the hotel is close to FAW. |only down side is the wifi - slow.|

不错的商务酒店，专业的个人和体面的餐厅。房间很大，也很安静。地下室有spa、泳池、健身中心可以免费使用。酒店离一汽很近。 |唯一的缺点是 wifi - 速度慢。|
