环境：服务员说每遍都是纯手工制作，确实很漂亮，很有爱情的寓意。服务：服务员们好热情啊，见人都问好，菜品也不错哦，很少能在酒店里面吃到自己满意的菜品，但是乌镇皇冠真没让我失望，离景区很近，游玩也很方便，很愉快的一次乌镇之旅，希望下一站也能有遇见那么好的酒店

酒店乾淨，預定部小蔡有耐心解答問題，門口等小哥跟吃早餐的小姊姊都很好，下次來烏鎮還是選擇皇冠假日酒店！

This is the best Crowne Plaza I had opportunity to stay. I really appreciated the staff and managers to make my family vacation trip memorable. Check-in: Let me highlight Eva first. I called the hotel and asked some general questions. She answered and provided the professional butler service by working with her team and her manager Jayden. Amazing service with room upgrade, daily breakfast, visit highlights. During the stay: The Chinese restaurant is another highlight with the food and exceptional service for my first-night family dinner. Check-out: When I left my important documents in the safe box, Eva, Dora and the entire team are just a phone call away. Jayden Jiang provided the immediate response, retrieved the documents, and arranged the shipping to my next hotel within a few hours. It is a great teamwork (among Eva, Dora and Jayden) and puts the customer in the center. I hope more/all hotels will model after the Crowne Plaza – Wuzhen. This fantastic team makes this property shining. You have your peace of mind when you stay here. Highly recommended.

Pro: Hotel staffs are professional, and breakfast is good and health club staff is quite helpful. Enough parking space for self driving. Location is close to sightseeing spot. Con: executive lounge is not open without notice when booking online. Room space is limited for executive floor comparing to other Crowne Hotels in China.

优点：酒店工作人员很专业，早餐很好，健身俱乐部的工作人员也很乐于助人。车位充足，适合自驾。位置离观光景点很近。缺点：在线预订时，行政酒廊不开放，恕不另行通知。与中国其他皇冠酒店相比，行政楼层的房间空间有限。

环境很舒适，服务人员或是其他用餐客人讲话都很轻声细语，空调也很舒服，让人感觉非常安逸。服务细致入微，倒茶水，铺口布，换骨碟等等，服务人员有很专业的服务意识，值得五星好评

I was recommending Crowne Plaza this afternoon to my team, and then I got this survey now. I stayed in the hotel for four days, with two rooms per night with my family. The staff here are so friendly. Most people here know my family name, which is a big surprise. Usually, only one butler in other hotel knows my name. I like the location, which is 5 minute's driving time to Wuzhen. I like the environment, which is so clean and shining. I like the food as well, very local style and fresh. There is also a charging area on the parking floor, which is very friendly for electric cars. Please help me to forward my appreciation to Ms. Zhou and the front desk team. They have been very kind to my family and me. They gave me a WeChat contact before my arrival and patiently answered my questions. They also regularly check in to see if there is anything else they can support. Great team and outstanding service. Thanks so much, Crowne Plaza Wuzhen!

这家餐厅的食材真的非常美味，火锅蔬菜非常新鲜，每季都更换新的菜品，羊蝎子很好吃，特别是他们的三文鱼，很新鲜，非常推荐。特别喜欢他们的甜点，味道丰富而细腻，绝对值得一试。
